Date/Time of Visit: 06/04/2025 at 12:14 AM Location: Subway (24-hour location) I want to start with I never give bad reviews but you have a staff that is awful to customers and it needs to stop.
I come to this Subway location nearly every night because I work late and appreciate the convenience of the 24-hour service. Unfortunately, every time I come in during the overnight shift, I have an extremely unpleasant experience with the same male staff member.
This employee consistently displays poor customer service: he is visibly irritated when customers enter the store, slams items around as if heâs being inconvenienced, and does not communicate at all. He does not speak or understand English, which wouldnât be a problem if he made any effort to be courteous or helpful.
During tonightâs visit, I asked for additional sauce on my sandwich. He shook his head âno,â and when I politely repeated the request, he squinted a huge glob in one place on my sandwich and refused to spread it out. he then began slamming things around in frustration. When it came time to pay, the screen jumped straight to the payment screen without giving me the chance to enter my rewards number (which he has done many times). I asked if I could enter my phone number for my rewards and while he pretended to help, he ultimately stood there doing nothing as the screen went back to payment againârefusing to let me enter my number. I asked him for his name and he refused to provide it, even when I asked in Spanish. So I never got his name but he is the only one here during overnight shift every time I come here.
This is not acceptable. I always try to be respectful and friendly to the staff, but this employee repeatedly makes me and others feel unwelcome and like a burden and like he is mad that he has to do his job. Itâs clear he hates his job and does not value the customers or the job. No one should be treated with disrespect like thisâespecially not loyal, paying customers. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, as this employee is harming your business and your reputation.
I will say the female staff that works the PM shift is amazing and sweet and deserves...
Read moreI would go here more if the workers didn't suck. This 24 hour subway is the only place that even though you can tell them exactly how you want the sandwich in front of you, they will consistently still mess it up.
A couple of the workers will sometimes make it right, but there's a few of them that I unfortunately usually get that after dozens of times ordering the exact same thing they somehow find a different way to mess it up every time. Stale bread, leaving stems from the peppers, getting mad when I ask for extra veggies then throwing the toppings all over the place, and then getting more mad when I ask them to fix it, putting a disgusting amount of sauce even when I ask for a small amount, it seems like they enjoy messing it up. How do you work at a sandwich place and can't make a sandwich? The only thing those workers can actually do is put soup in a cup.
I've ordered the same thing for years always the same way: foot long herbs and cheese, veggie patty with some good cheese toasted with extra jalapenos, then a little lettuce and extra spinach, six tomatoes like they used to do (my first job was at Subway and they changed it from 6 to 4 while I was there, don't know why), one thin line each of honey mustard, sweet onion teriyaki, and garlic aioli, then some parmesan cheese and sometimes avocado. I feel like these are very specific and easy to follow instructions, but they almost...
Read moreNo customers in store at all when O walked in. Yet upon walking in I was ignored by the only staff member visible who was at the cash drawer. He seemed to be paying for a meal that was next to the drawer. I waited until he was ready. 3 minutes later he walked towards me and then turned around stood by the drawer for another min or two. Then went to the back. More people came in finally he came by and nodded as if expressing he was ready then proceeded to put on plastic gloves. I asked for the sub of the day. He asked what size and bread I responded butsince it appeared he was being too bothered by customers in his line of work I decided to leave and acoud him and me the discomfort of having lunch in such an unwelcoming place. I drove up half a mile or a mile to the next Subway.
I don't expect loyalty treatment but courtesy is a ABSOLUTE MUST when in direct contact with your consumers. It's an...
