Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I went there in the morning to get breakfast and a sandwich and a guy was taking my order when a lady step in and told him she would finish taking my order. He told her I asked for a ham and cheese and a chicken sandwich and she asked me what else I told her and a coffee and she asked again what else and my husband said could I get two pieces of bread with the order. We told her that was it and she proceeded to charge me for my order and we paid. I waited for my chicken sandwich which it’s ok I understand they have to prepare it. When she gave it to my husband I noticed she did give me the ham and cheese so I told her I was missing my ham and cheese and she said she had asked me if I still wanted that and that I said no. So she didn’t charge me for it. I told her she hadn’t asked me, I requested her if could I still get it please and she said she had to charged me for it and of course I said that’s fine. I never leave reviews but this is the 2nd time this lady has a bad attitude. She is the reason why I had stopped going there and again I will not go back there. For my first time being at this place, it wasn't too bad. Great customer service! The lady took her time to explain to me what the quesadilla bread was and what the cream filled muffing consisted off. I ended up getting the cheese muffing and I was disappointed. I expected to at least get a piece of cheese in it but there was none. It was a regular vanilla muffin, spongy, filling, but not the best. The regular coffee, not so great! I Had to add creamer for it to taste good. In my opinion, first impressions matter and, to me, the first bite into something I'm craving determined whether or not I'll be returning to a place. OMG!!!!!! Best place in town. It was 103 degrees outside. I went inside for a drink & a couple of donuts. The young lady that was working there, tall, medium build w/light brownblondish hair, was soooo nice! All the donuts 🍩 😋 looked so good. So I bought a Yum Yums dozen! I asked her what sandwich was good. She told me the Turkey w/ Avocado was the one people asked for the most. I asked her if she would make me one. She said we with a smile, "of course". Everything, I asked for she did! She was right. This sandwich was the bomb!!!!!!
