5 PEOPLE CONFIRMED THAT THE CAKE TASTED GROSS and the owner dismissed all of our tastes/claims and simply said "We weren't in the mood for cake", her reasoning for why the cake was gross. If we weren't in the mood for cake, why would I have bought the cake in the first place?

Anyways, Long story short...I bought a cake last night, a flavor that my family and I had been ordering for years now from this place, however last night's cake was GROSS! We bought a tres leches cake and it tasted as if the milk had spoiled or something, it was just really bad. We couldn't even swallow the bite because of how gross it tasted. We contacted the bakery and they said to bring in the cake, so we did and the owner just dismissed our claims and said "It's probably because you guys weren't in the mood for cake". Umm once again...hello, 5 people couldn't even swallow it because it was so nasty and if I wasn't in the mood, why would have I bought the cake in the first place?!? Anyways, they didn't offer to refund or exchange, she just stuck to her "Not in the mood for cake" reason and that was that...I just left the cake on the counter and told her to toss it in the garbage because we don't want it and left and I am definitely never going back.

FYI - keep an eye on the post-it's on the cakes, they'll claim that they're fresh but just refer to the...

I showed up to pick up my cake. I order a 2 tier all white cake with 2 photos on the front and the lower cake was supposed to also have a few other photos. I had to pay extra for the additional photos. No problem. I walked in to pick it up and I got a whole different design on my cake. I asked to speak to the owner and I was told manager wasn't in. They got him on the phone and I was told by him it was my mistake for not taking a photo of what I wanted. I told him I talked to the front counter lady and he kept interrupting me, would allow me to explain, very poor customer service. I asked him to discount the price and he said he could only discount $10. I asked him be fair. He didn't want to accept they screwed up and kept trying to blame me. They didn't want to stop the production at the back to fix it. I was told it would take 1 -2 hours. They couldn't deliver the cake either. I had to walk out with something I didn't order. Very disappointed, me and my family have come here for years to order our cakes. Never had any problems. It's time to look for another bakery. Ohhh, also the cake decorations were sloppy as you can see...

Bread is Freshly Baked & the Size Is Unbelievable!!! Affordable prices as well ! The bread is literally as big as a person's face!😲🤯🤯🤯 They Are Massive! & They Taste Amazing!!!! Cool part is The Donuts Are HUGE!!! 🍩🍩🍩 I've never seen a donut that big in my life!🤯🍩💕😵🪦⚰️ The prices are very affordable as well! We even Got A mini cake! 🤏🎂It was a tres leches cake with chocolate shavings on the outside and a thin layer of Nutella on the inside! 😋And the Nutella is done differently they make it into this sort of frosting that they put on the inside! We loved it!, and it was only $12! The mini cakes with the roses are just a natural cake so I'm guessing plain vanilla?🤷🏼‍♀️ Or plain tres leches?, either way they are stunning!🍰🌹🤩😍 We're most definitely going to be returning customers! I even overheard another customer asking for tamales! 🫔🫔🫔 Haven't tried those yet but can't wait to buy one and see what that's...
