Cabañas Tacos — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Tacos Cabañas is with out a doubt the best tacos I’ve ever had. I don’t have enough good things to say about their al pastor tacos. Talk about perfection. At a $1.25 it’s unbeatable. The onions are cooked to better than Gordon Ramsey has ever seen, and the pastor is something out of a movie. Limes that are so juicy they should come with a face shield. Lastly the salsa is in my opinion the epitome of excellence. All 4 are so good I can never decide. However, the tacos are not the only reason I love this place so much. The service is like family. Always smiles and waves from the nicest people. I can not make it clear enough that this place is the best...

Food was delicious, those Choriquesos are just out of this world good, delicious as usual. The service was great, you feel welcomed and good to be there. I didn't have to wait too long for my food either, their sides to go with the tacos were a bit short of what's usually available but I didn't care because they had exactly what I like so I could care less if they were missing a couple of their usual side items. Overall a great experience, the ladies attending their food truck were very attentive, respectful and prompt . Will definitely go back again when I'm in town. Will definitely recommend to anyone who likes good, fresh and tasty Mexican tacos...

Hard for me to want to go anywhere else after discovering the "red truck" AKA Cabañas Tacos. Best tacos I've found in Santa Ana. Yes, yes, I know you have your favorite spot somewhere, but Cabañas Tacos is literally the most legit, cheap, exquisite place out there. The woman who does the cooking loves her job, loves her customers, and loves life. It's inspiring for real.
