Edit: I went in today as my kids wanted to eat Panda Express. What a disappointment in the customer service, both the cashier and a person serving the food were rude. I have a big family and I do spend $ here. I got a family meal along with extra sides and main dishes. The person taking the order was having a bad day or something, but got my order wrong. I wasn't rude cuz you know we all have an off day, however I did correct her with my order very and got upset and was rude and argumentative. I had my two daughters with me and they witnessed the interaction. One of the extra sides spilled in the bag and I did go back to the counter to get it replaced. I did asked the cashier if she could secure it and add more food to it because it spilled. She took the item and looked inside, she said that it looked like the portion they served. I told her it was not because half of it was in the bag. She took the takeout box out of my hand filled it up, secured it and give it to me almost pushing it into my hand. There's no need for that type of treatment from either of them, surprisingly I was very composed because I had my daughters with me. My daughter's did mention to me "Mom, they were so rude." Very unfortunate experience.

Read moreUsually ok, but this past Thursday (3/12) was absolutely horrible. Crew could care less if line was backing up, would rather chat amongst themselves. Point person who was taking orders should not have been point person. She clearly was not interested in customer service, nor ensuring food was properly placed into the container...just slopped it all in one large pile. Cashier/bagger needs training...i.e. containers are to be placed flat at bottom.of the bag, not sideways where all the sauce flows out of the box, into the bag and everywhere else except on the food. When brought to her attention, she offered to double-bag it...seriously. let's not fix the problem of the containers being placed sideways, that would be more work. Which underlines the mentality of this night's entire shift crew...laziness. This includes the manager, who did nothing when I motioned to her to take care of the growing queue of people. Read moreI’m only giving 1 star since that’s the lowest possible rating, 0 isn’t an option. I placed an order through DoorDash for a bowl with Broccoli Beef, and I was so disappointed to see that there was literally one bite of meat throughout l the whole bowl. Now that’s just carelessness. Pretty upset that I paid for a bowl of noodles and broccoli. To make things worse, when I called the store to inform the manager, (Jose, the manager on duty), simply said Thank you and immediately hung up the phone on me without even so much as offering an apology, very unprofessional. I’m not sure why I expected anything different. We’re paying fast good workers as much as people that go to school to learn trades and they can’t even scoop food into a container properly?
