Taqueria Jalapeños — Restaurant in Santa Ana

It was Good Friday and I was in the mood for a B&C burrito. This spot was 5 mins from where I was so I decided to give it a try.

Placing my order was quick, no line when I arrived, but I did have to wait 15-20 mins for my food to be ready.

Looks like they do a lot of business on the delivery apps, so that's why my order took a bit to be ready.

I ended up getting the Rice, Bean and Cheese burrito, wet with green sauce. It was roughly $13.50 with tax included. It was a good size burrito with excellent flavor. The beans and rice were very good, which can be hit or miss at any Mexican restaurant.

I also ordered a large horchata, which was okay, nothing special.

I forgot my wallet at home, but fortunately for me, they accept Apple/Google Pay.

How is it possible? How can they get it so wrong? I ordered three tacos. The fish of the fish taco was probably refried several times because it was scorched inside very dark brown. The stake taco looked more like grounded beef and was very dry and tasteless. The only one I was able to eat was the chicken one. That was nothing else but a dry tortilla with a dry chicken. I did not eat 2 of the tacos, and I did not ask for my money back, but I did give them feedback. They answered, “If you did not like it, you don’t need to return.” I will never go back again. JAMÁS VOY A REGRESAR A CONSUMIR EN ESTE LUGAR, LA CAJERA (mujer) tiene una actitud muy fea, me dejo esperando ahí por un buen rato para ordenar y mejor tuvo que salir uno de la cocina a atenderme porque veía que no me atendían, entonces estaba comparando precios de las bebidas, y está muchacha se burló de mi, ella pensó que no la vi, pero estaba haciendo caras de burla con su compañero, tan inmadura la muchacha y cuando salí dije gracias y la muy orgullosa no me respondió nada, si no saben atender mejor que no trabajen al servicio al cliente y gracias a esta persona JAMÁS VOY A REGRESAR A CONSUMIR EN ESTE LUGAR. Ya he visto varios comentarios iguales a los míos. Y gracias niña me hiciste que me comiera los tacos sin ganas, no sirves para atender a la gente y necesitas madurar. Sábado 04 a las 2:50 pm aproximadamente. Tu jefe o manager lees esto, te sugiero que capacites a tu cajera, porque gracias a ella estas perdiendo clientela y yo consumidora de tu lugar, jamás volvere a ir. Me molesto la falta de respeto por su parte y la verdad me pareció muy ranchera con sus caras de burla. Yo sugiero que la despidan o que la metan hasta lo más fondo de la cocina en donde nadie tengamos que ver su carota y falta de respeto. En todos los comentarios malos que hay de este restaurante, ella es la razón por la que ya nadie vamos a regresar.
