Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Ana

This location is ok. The area isn't the nicest so it's welcoming to see it there by the freeway. As always, the food comes frozen and they just heat it up. The atmosphere is ok but, as others have mentioned, there is no WiFi nor seating inside the building or out. The drive-thru is pretty standard as well. My only complaint was the rude clerk inside when it was locked at 8PM and I was given ridiculous gestures when I tried opening the door (because the app said I could pick it up at the counter without warning?) -- he even rolled his eyes and and shook his head at me....

Don't ever stop by in the afternoon because the afternoon staff clearly doesnn't know what they're doing. It's the second time they messed up my order because they don't know how to mix drinks. For how much their drinks cost you'd think they would do a better job training their baristas. On top of that they overfilled the additional cup of black coffee I ordered and because if that hot scolding coffee spilled on my leg while driving and almost got into a car accident because of it!...

The staff here all seemed to be new or in training. They were not unsure of themselves, ringing up a simple hot late order. And it took forever to get my drink.
