Subway — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Mon., July 16 i went in to get a Tuna sandwich a wheat flatbread mind you i always get this bread toasted but with Tuna i said no. i didn't want my Tuna hot. Got back to work and every time i picked up my sandwich it broke apart like if the bread wasn't good. i called subway and they did say okay bring in your sandwich and we will give you another so i went in everything was going good until this one worker asked to speak to me about the sandwich that flatbread will always fall apart due to it not being toasted i told her excuse me im sorry i didn't get it toasted but either way the bread fell apart literally into pieces how do you expect a customer to know that flatbread will fall apart because it's not toasted. My one and only complaint at this time is that the machine/software they use to process gift cards and food stamps has been broken for over a month and they can't give anyone any sort of an idea of when it might be fixed if at all.
