I love a good arepa and Arepas Street Eat food truck has some flavorful ones. They are parked on Birch Street along with many other food trucks. They have friendly staff and the food is made fresh. I had the Malandra and Pabellón arepa and both really delicious! The tequeños with their garlic sauce, so good! Also had a burger and hot dog and they're loaded with toppings and so flavorful! I love that they have so many sauces too. They have spicy, garlic, cheddar, maiz (corn), and tocineta (bacon). I really enjoyed the maiz, tocineta, & garlic. They have Maltin and Frescolita sodas which is nice. The Frescolita tastes like bubblegum to me, so yummy. They have a couple tables set up next to their truck with a canopy as well. They open at 6pm. Give them a try if you're in the mood for authentic Venezuelan food!

Arepas Street was sooo yummy and tasty! You get the full Venezuelan experience here! It is kid friendly and you can eat there or take it to go! My cravings were met! I was craving a burger and I’m glad I ordered it cause it was loaded! Different than your average burger but has lots of flavor and you can get it with 2 proteins chicken and beef. If you like hotdogs I suggest you try their perritos, they are hotdogs but loaded with yummy toppings! They are friendly and the food taste better here cause it’s street style! Definitely coming again!

CRAZY GOOD!! First time having Venezuelan food and it is incredible. I returned twice within a week. We had arepas and the pepitos…way too much for two people so we took some home. Don’t walk, run to try this place!!

Where to get authentic Venezuelan 🇻🇪 street food in OC!! Arepas Street Eat, a hidden gem of a food truck 🚛 at the corner of Warner & Birch in Santa Ana.

Here’s what you should try: Reina Pepiada arepa (chicken & avocado) – my top pick. Creamy, light, and super satisfying without the guilt. The crispy outside + soft inside? Chef’s kiss. Malandra arepa – the signature arepa loaded with crispy pork belly, as well as chicken and avocado. Best of both worlds if you want something punchy. For street food, choose from a Venezuelan hot dog or Pepitos – good value, huge portions, and pairs with with a maltín.
