Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Santa Clara

Older Mexican Lady at front counter was a total biotch to me cause in stead of the sauce on the #7 I wanted mustard and ketchup then I said I would like to have red onions. She did not speak enough English to understand that I did not want sauce and add mustard and ketchup. I told her I wanted extra veggies and fresh hot fries. An extra charge for tomatoes is normal but she charge me $.40 for each, tomato, lettuce, pickles and onion. Ok even that would have been a $1.60 extra but there was 3 dollars more almost $15.00 for a small combo. When I questioned her is when she stared becoming a a total Biotch.

I wanted to speak to the manager, she them told me to get out or she would call the Police. I told her to call or better yet I would call cause she was tring to rip me off. She refused to give me her name and name tag had nothing on it.

The food was typical Carl's jr,, hot, decent flavor, good presentation. The staff are friendly, with smiles and patiently help with your order. The store was clean, bathrooms not so much. Their location is very good, the store is on a corner with 2 sets of traffic lights, right in front of a Home Depot. If you can not speak or understand English, in an American city, and you want to eat at an American franchisee, then this Carl's jr is for you. Several patrons ordered in Spanish. So I go to Carl's Jr all over the place. This place the food was the same. I like it. The service was a little odd I had to repeat my order several times for the person to understand what I wanted. And lastly though, the one that got me is the bathroom is just filthy. It's probably the easiest thing that they could do is keep a bathroom clean. But you could see that not only was it dirty from recent use and customer abuse. But it also hadn't been sanitized probably weeks maybe months The urinal was just grimy like at a poorly run down gas station.
