I have never dined at a resturant with such a horrible, confintational incompatant, & disrespectful manager. First had us waiting 20 min to get us drinks which in fairness we were waiting for 2 more people to join us but still could have gotten us water, (and only 2 other people in the resturant at that moment) then the waitress finaly took our drink order, I ordered an orange juice and she brought me a freshly sqeezed which was great but if I had knowen that freshly squeezed would of went from $3.99 to $7.99 I would have just ordered a regular OJ. Then we ordered chips and salsa and the waitress asked if we wanted guacamole and we said yes chips and guacamole will be fine. She brings one basket of chips and 2 small salsas and a small guacamole mind you the salsa was the same salsa they gave us with our meal. We then ordered our food I ordered a 3 sope dish that was stated on the menu for $17.99 she took my order asked me what kind of sopes, chicken or chorizo and papas and I ordered 3 chicken, it stated on the menu what my options were but NEVER said an upcharge! So they over charged me said I upgraded my sope platter from getting 2 chicken and one potato to all three chicken which the waitress said I had a choice when she took my order, that took my plate from $17.99 to $19.99, then it clearly stated on the menu it came with cream and cotija cheese and it did NOT so I asked for the cream and there went an additional .99 cent charge for that cream. Here's my issue I got the bill and spoke to the waitress about my concerns she then got the manager. The manager was schooled on my concern and came very aggressive to our table and asked what's the issue was. I started explaining how I felt that I was incorrectly charged for my meal by $2.00 and charged 99 additional cents for sour cream and finally charged for chips and salsa $4.99 & Chips & Guacamole for $9.99. So I asked her to please remove the $2.00 incorrect charge for my meal, my charge for the sour cream when it came with my meal and lastly if she can please remove the salsa & chips because we weren't aware that we were paying for both. We recieved 1 basket of chips 2 small I mean small bowls of salsa and the same size guacamole bowl for a total of $15.99 for the incomplete order on one. I asked to remove the $4.99 one. She basically said as a courtesy she will remove the over charge of $2.00 fir my meal and the .99 for the sour cream but refused to remove the 2 small salsa for $4.99 because we got those with out meals??? This Manager came at me super strong and basically that she refused to take off the additional $4.99 because we ate it and she won't take it off the bill. I said so you don't mind me feeling like this order was butchered and the waitress did not communicate any of these up charges and mind you the total I was asking her to take off the bill was $8,00 off a $110.00 bill. She refused and said she always ask at resturants if there an upcharge??? I said well you are in the resturant buisness so she would know to ask. I have never had to ask because it's always on the menu or the waitress communicates it. She was so aggressive and disrespectfull it had my temper boiling because how many people does this up charge mistake happen to. I snatched the reciept out from her hand and said no I will pay this whole bill because I wasn't trying to get anything for free I just wanted to prove a point that they over charged me. When I went to the cashier to pay it was our waitress that rung me up and she apologized and I said it's OK just be more transparent and communicate to them because they are your customers. Then here comes the manager telling this waitress to not speak to me just ring me up and let me go. Little did she know I speak Spanish and understood her. Just an FYI I was calm and respectfully asking her and she was so condescendingly and didn't want to hear me then I wasn't having it anymore. I was so disappointed in my trip here. To start off first, when we got sat we asked for two waters. Only one water came out and the cup had LIPSTICK stains on the rim. More than one stain. We were shocked and called the server over immediately and she apologized and took the cup back. We ended up asking for plastic silverware and cups because we did not trust eating with their utensils. Fast forward to our meal coming out and the photo I added is how our veggie omelet came out… completely saturated in whatever the liquid was. This is how we were served. The fruit was almost translucent which means it has gone bad. We sent that back as well. The only thing that came out appropriately was the pancakes that we just both ended up eating together. My order was apple waffles which the menu stated is warm apples on top of 2 waffles. Mine was 2 waffles covered in cold apples and sugar and caramel. I am so disappointed as we’ve been here over 5 times. I won’t be visiting for a while after todays visit. I hope this review will help the staff and cooks going forward. This place does have somewhat good food, but they tried to extort us on the final bill, and we had to fight them to partially correct it. Besides one of our dishes being bland and not tasty at all, they forgot to add the tequilla shot to one of our margaritas. One of the waitresses came out to correct it and give us the shot, then proceeded to charge us extra for it without telling us. We also ordered another margarita "with the shot on the side" (for the DD), and without informing us, they charged us for a margarita AND a shot. It was also labeled on the bill as "open food", which seems like their manner to hide the charge from us. We informed them, and instead of quickly correcting it, their manager had the waitresses argue with us instead and removed only one of the two false charges after they learned that we weren't backing down (when we sent it back the THIRD time). On our way out, the staff was giving us dirty looks. Because of this experience, me and my family will never return. I don't recommend this place to anyone...
