They were supposed to give me 2 free pizzas because a previous order of 4 pizzas was bone dry, absolutely no sauce. The next time I came in they said they couldn't give me the free pizzas because I ordered from a different phone number and if I ordered with my old phone number I could get them. So today I ordered through my old phone number, 4 pizzas, two of which were supposed to be free. At first they said they could only give me one pizza free per order (mind you...the pizzas were never free, they had been messed up). So, reluctantly they gave me both free pizzas and I paid for two others. I expressly asked them to make sure they put enough sauce. The owner took my order and said she would. When I picked up the pizza their staff and owners were very nasty (I don't understand why...I was kind to them throughout our interactions, including today) When I got home the pizzas were bone dry once again, evidently this was done intentionally. This was completely unnecessary, if you don't want customers to return that could have been said and I would have gone to spend my money elsewhere. I called and spoke to the owner who said that she made my pizzas and put alot of sauce on them (A complete lie...you couldn't even see the sauce on the pizza. Pizza Guys, if you are doing that bad financially that you can't afford to put sauce on pizza then it's time for you to close your doors. Terrible pizza, terrible attitudes, terrible service...not...
Read moreReally disappointed overall, I liked the pizza alright (which I guess is the important part?) but the rest of the food is just okay. The workers seemed to be trying their best with what little information they had, and just the regular crew members seemed well intentioned, and I think that's important to mention.
The big thing is that it's pretty frustrating being told "just 20 more min" every 20 minutes for an hour and a half. Either be honest about the wait time (I would've been glad to wait an hour and a half if I knew when I ordered that it would be that long and I could have planned for it), or give a refund to the people who actually deserve one (like the guy who'd been there for 2 hours and his order hadn't even been started). If I was going off of the food and the wait time, I would absolutely order again after giving it some time for the place to settle and get their system up and running well, but the "customer service" from the owner was a lot of misleading information, being unapologetic, and refusing refunds to people who had received nothing for hours. If you do give it a chance, I'd recommend the fireworks pizza if you like it a little spicy. Personally, it would take a lot for...
Read moreIt says Artisan Made on the box. I chuckled. Where do I begin with the pizza I got. How about price. Obscene. Offensive. 24 bucks for a medium, of that, cheese pizza. It tasted ok. Marginally better than frozen supermarket pizza at three times the price. It was a 10 dollar pizza at best and they charge 24. The Pizza Guy has b*z. I'll give the "guy" that. He should have trouble sleeping sending me that pizza for 24 bucks. Next, I ordered thin. This was a regular hand tossed pie. Nothing thin and crispy about it. So not only did they charge me the 24 bucks I keep going in about, for a VERY mediocre 11 inch pizza but they couldn't even get the thin right. Now, I'm not suggesting they made a mistake. I'm saying no, that WAS their thin. It just wasn't. If you want to spend 24 bucks on a mediocre pizza that isn't what they say it is then do it quick. This joke of a pizza place won't be around long. ...
