1) As of September 2023, they removed ALL vegan options because the “license expired” or whatever. So, there are NO vegan options anymore here. 2) The person who took the order (a woman with lips piercing and red hair braids) was sooo slow and rude, and she had no idea what they served on the menu. She doesn’t want to propose any options for vegans, and when I asked what alternatives they can provide - she said “I don’t know.” Zero efforts. Zero customer service. What should I do - turn and leave? Zero Communication. Please train your employees before allowing them to work with your customers. An older woman, who was the other host as well, standing next to her, was super polite and nice; I had seen her before with my previous visits (I have an annual pass and come to Six Flags pretty often). So, that older lady jumped into our conversation after seeing me completely shocked, upset, and frustrated, and she nicely explained that there were some issues with vegan options, so they were completely taking out of the menu, and she proposed to order salad and french fries. She also said she can go to the kitchen and ask if the pretzel is vegan. Very nice. That’s the way customer service is supposed to be! Please train or fire that crazy person who was initially taking the order. 3) After that long conversation, the woman with red-pink braids “left to the kitchen” to ask if the pretzel is vegan. She returned and said yes, so I asked her to order it and remove the cheese sauce. She said OK. When the order came to my table, there were 2 (!!) cheese sauces with pretzel + ranch-looking sauce for fries even though it was a special request to remove it. Not even remove it FROM them dish but simply do NOT place it as addition. It’s evident that she didn’t tell the kitchen to remove it. But in any way, even if she did, it means that the kitchen is also working horribly without any attention to customer’s needs. 4) The pretzel was completely RAW inside; I literally could smell the raw dough inside of it. Impossible to eat it at all. 5) They completely removed any options for ciders from the bar menu as well. That’s the only place in Six Flags where it used to be. This place used to be a great spot, and it has a super cool atmosphere, but now it’s completely gross. If you want to feel embarrassed for asking for your needs and simple things, treat yourself completely disrespectfully, and end up eating raw food - welcome to the place. Otherwise, please AVOID IT. PS. I still believe that the woman with grey hair was the best one in the whole Six Flags. She’s the only person who’s nice in there.

Disgusting. Had the waffle fries with carne asada($19.00). Asada was grounded up and mushed, instead of diced like normal carne asada. Meat had taste of what I would think dirt tastes like. My daughters fries were cold. The wings had no flavor and weird after taste. For the love of god DO NOT EAT HERE!! Best part of the meal was the sodas and the beer. Theme park food expectations(with exception of Disney) are low, but this place has shown that theme park food can go even lower. Wife got wings from the full throttle wing stand and they were delicious. 5 stars.

Service was terrible, and we stopped by 2 times today. Food tasted ok but I was given a plate of smashed chips, there was a huge onion skin in my salsa, and they wanted to argue about switching out tots (literally written on the menu). We had to wave down a waitress every time something was needed. Skip this spot, as the food is double the price and the wait is poor. The park needs to take a look at this poorly managed location.

The following situation happened to me. I ordered a beer, and they asked me to show my ID. I showed my driver’s license card, which was expired. However, I had a temporary paper from the DMV in my car stating that my license had been renewed and would remain valid for another six months. The manager told me that if I provided both the card and the DMV document, there would be no problem.

So I went to my car. It took me 40 minutes round trip. I came back and presented both my ID and the DMV paper, at which point another manager came out and said they couldn’t accept those documents because of their policy. In other words, one manager told me these documents would be sufficient, but after I wasted 40 minutes of my time, another manager said they weren’t.

What conclusion can be drawn? Extremely poor service, very low staff qualification. This is the kind of establishment I would not recommend to anyone, especially considering how rudely the staff treated me. One star for service, one star for customer care, one star for...

One of the worst service I got in years.

Took around 20 minutes, just to place my order at the bar, even though there was only two people in front. The person who took the order had the Terminal across the bar so she was literally getting my order with her back to me. Couldn’t Place order for drinks so I had to stand in another line afterwards. Not even gonna talk about a beer costing about $20 They don’t give you a table nr just point to your table and someone is supposed to come and bring your food. Took over 50 minutes to get two burgers because someone deleted my order from the system. At one point I had about six tables around me all with dirty plates because no one was cleaning up. One of the tables was probably sitting there for about 45 minutes. Anyway, you’re much better off getting some snacks and enjoying...
