Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

This is by far the upmost best Starbucks location throughout Santa Clarita Valley. I strive to come every single morning to get greeted, assisted & serve by the most outstanding BARISTA named JAY. He blew my mind when i walked in to place my order, but before I could verbalize my specialty styled drink, Jay immediately said EXACTLY my order down to the tee, and left no crumbs. Omgosh!! I was extremely impressed, surprised he remembered since he serves several patrons through the day. Jay not only gave me such an unforgettable experience, but an experience where I will FOREVER do business with this location. Jay is one of those persons who are unsung Hero's, making the lives of others around him more worthy because of sweet gestures & an award winning demeanor to go with his eccentric personality.. My goodness I truly respect & love this fellow, he's really a gem to the Stsrbucks brand. It's not just a job, but it's so much more than that to Jay, and he exudes that through his charismatic approach. I truly want Starbucks to not only recognize Jay for his hardworking & courageous spirit, but for the sinple fact he's takes making his colleagues & customers feel heard, seen, appreciated, and warm. I come to this Starbucks multiple times a day. That’s how much I love it! Not just Starbucks but the baristas of this particular location are amazing and deserve a major raise for providing the service that they do. From Natalie, Andy and lex in the mornings and the girls at night Cassie, Breezy, And Delanie usually are delivering the smile and great conversations to pair with my Carmel mac day & night. I came in during the happy hour today and was shocked with how understaffed it was. We waited in line for about 15 minutes or so at which time the person ahead of me was basically hanging out of their car at the ledge basically face to face with the guy at the window( I normally don’t see him) with no mask on!!! When I got to the window I asked if they forgot their mask as a joke and the barista said that they aren’t allowed to ask customers to wear facial coverings. I just think as a company that is absolutely ridiculous the risk you are willing to gamble with your hard working employees. And it gives me pause as a customer that this is the protocol that you all are taking as a company...

I wanted to recognize Candice, the barista who provided exceptional service today. My family and I are visiting from Northern California as we consider relocating to the Santa Clarita area. We have a special needs adult child, and when we mentioned our move, Candice took extra time to offer helpful suggestions about the local community while still providing excellent customer service.

Even though the store wasn't busy, her willingness to go above and beyond by sharing local insights made our visit memorable. Candice represents the best of Starbucks customer service - knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely helpful.
