We had an awful experience. My teen is autistic and a picky eater. It's usually no problem to go for pizza. Buffalo sauce was an option. Then we saw an upcharge for chicken. No problem. But when we ordered they said chicken is only for 10". We have to order custom pizza for chicken. The custom pizza had additional toppings and cost more. They said they would take off for the toppings. They said pizza buffet 12.99 with soup and salad. They had 1 pizza on buffet and weren't going to make more unless multiple people wanted the same thing. When they brought our food they messed up my littles pepperoni pizza. It had no pepperoni. They quickly took it away and didn't tell me what was going on. My littles were falling apart. They never offered to give them crackers or some chips to keep them calm. I couldn't eat in front of them plus i was getting stressed worrying about potential meltdowns. My food was cold so i just asked for a box. They also are special needs. Well 15 min later they bring back a pizza were they placed a pepperoni on each piece and had obviously put it back in the oven because it was getting pretty dark in color. My kids were so hungry luckily they didn't care. When checking out it didn't say where they deducted for the toppings we didn't want. They said they took off a little on each item and added together it would be $3. By this time I am completely fed up. They should have offered a discount for the messed up food since they didn't offer anything for my 3 and 4 year to eat while the rest of us had food. We will never go there again. On tip of that they charge anextra $2 for credit cards. They need to work on customer service and quit worrying about every penny. If customers are not happy it won't matter what you charge because no one will come. $60 for 2 12" 1 toppings pizzas and 2 sandwiches with 3 drinks. Way too much even worse when it...
Read moreStopped here as it advertises as a buffet. Walked in and there was no pizza what so ever on the buffet. My wife immediately wanted to leave, as it’s pretty shabby inside. There was only Enough lettuce out for 3 small side salads, a few vegetables, potato salad, pasta salad. Really nothing special.
We let them know we would be wanting the pizza buffet and inquired if it was even an option at 5:00 pm on a Sunday. Note: The young waitresses were very nice the entire time; the older female (presumed to be the owner) was a different story. The older woman said it would be 15 minutes for pizza and then told her employees no more buffet after 6:00 pm.
Had the salad and eventually the (singular) pizza came out. By this time, more families had come in. One pizza was shared between about 6 people, resulting in about 2 to 3, three inch squares of pizza a piece. The pizza was less than amazing. We decided not to wait anymore after about 10 minutes of no pizza being on the pizza bar, since now there were probably 15-20 people waiting for food.
The buffet was about 13.00 per person not including drinks. Total bill just over $50.00. My wife asked if there was a cheaper option, but was told since we ate pizza, we were going to be charged full price.
My opinion is that this establishment has forgotten what customer service is and should probably be avoided until it fades into obscurity. If you absolutely have to have pizza at Santa Claus, Indiana, simply drive across the parking lot and get...

Before we even ordered, it was made clear that the staff aren't thrilled to see kids in. The waitress brought our drinks back and said "Ugh I think I made a mistake here. They don't have lids. Please don't spill these. Ugh" Ok... After we ordered the buffet for all, both waitresses told me to make the kids plates and not let them mess with the buffet because kids wreck it. Again, my kids are older and been sitting still the entire time and quiet. 🤦🏼‍♀️ They stared at us the entire time. When my daughter went to pay for us, both workers were like "uhmm ok, you have to go around here." They were literally standing in an L-shapped counter, 6" from the cash register, but acted like going to the other side of the L to use said cash register was an inconvenience. What. In. The. World. It was probably the most unwelcoming dining experience I've ever had lol. The kids talked about it the next day even about how rude it was. I would be nervous to see what would happen should a child spill something in this place. As a small-business owner myself, I love supporting others, but there isn't much pride taken in this establishment looks-wise. It looks a bit ragged and the food was less than desirable. The applesauce on the salad bar had...
