Super cute little coffee shop that has walk up access or drive thru, both of which are easy to maneuver and convenient! The outside is super welcoming and very cute. The lady that served us was very sweet! Coffee specific, my sister got the Cuban and it was delicious. Perfect balance of flavors. I got the coconut drink and the flavors were great, buttttt I docked a star because it was thick and incredibly sweet. I even had to stop and get milk just to dilute it some and make it less thick. After that it tasted amazing, but overall just very thick and sweet. My sister normally goes for those sweeter drinks and even she thought it was a little much. We were passing through the area, stayed a nite in Sante Fe. After looking for a spot to park in old town Sante Fe for a latte we gave up, and drove away from city center to try and find another option. We stumbled upon Bit Coffee, it says its name is Kaffee Haus on Google, but it’s Bit Coffee. So glad this happened!!! They had so many fun named latte’s that all sounded so good, but we settled on the Chunky Monkey with oat milk. It was so yummy!!! The barista steamed the milk perfectly! Drove by this place on the way into the square and decided to stop by. It's really adorable and the barista working was very polite and asked if my drink was good or bad after I tried it. I ordered a "chunky monkey" which was a mixture of chocolate and banana and any choice of dairy or dairy substitute. I ordered mine without the milk and added 2 shots of espresso. To be honest I really enjoyed it. The banana is hard to taste over the chocolate but it was good, not too sweet and not overbearing with the chocolate.
