Hi i went to blakes and applied for a job. I warn others not to do this. I filled out a form that made me give my licence s.s. and other important sensitive info. As the lady ask for the info she explained the covid was hurting business and that she was trapped in this country supporting her family elseware and 10 had died. My heart broke for her. I thought they should not have given this person under duress the job of handling personal info. There was a woman cooking without a mask on her nose,(THIS WAS BAD SIGN #2). I WAS TEXTED TO GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR AN INTERVIEW. I WENT SHE SAID THIER WAS NO INTERVIEW AND SHE DID NOT HAVE AN INTERVIEW. I showed her the text so i could show that i did This was not enough for her. She refused to call the other store where i had applied. I noted to her that we had the same name. I sat outside dread consuming me and hives forming( OH MY GOD I HAVE GIVEN THESE PEOPLE MY INFO I FELT A FOOL)I THEN TALKED TO MY COUNCILOR.he tried to comfort that it was probably alright. It was not i went back to the location i applied . The unseen manager would not see me. She had the same lady that was under duress take a written note from me on the incident . I was never contacted. I continued to call 4 times i was given false numbers and hung up on. I have also called thier hr. A; no return call no answer. I am about to make a 5th call to hr (THAT IS 4 ORIGINAL CALLS PLUS NOW ANOTHER 5 TO HR) In conclusion somebody else has applied 4 my unemployment with that info i gave and i have been locked out of my unemployment. WHO DO U THINK COULD HAVE DONE THAT? I DONT KNOW MAYBE THE LADY UNDER Duress, or the hidden manager or the one with the same name or some other person that was listening Duress lady and me were both harmed by idiots and they r still doing it. They should have never put her to take my info and they should have given me another interview l am...
Read moreSince my last review the service has been great at this blakes. It's great to get noticed by the workers and for them to remember your name. Today this morning I went in to get a bacon breakfast sandwich with the chili on the side which I regularly do on a weekly basis (3 times a week). The lady that took my order new my name which I seen on the receipt. The elderly lady made my order which came out great. She called out my name to get my order. I got it and started walking around the booths to the door when another young lady worker called me out that I didn't get the side of red chili. She put it down all the way on the other side of counter instead of handing it to me by the register. When the elderly lady was speaking in Spanish to her that she had already put the side chili in the bag. The young lady asked if it was red or green that she put in the bag. She said that she had put a side of green chili. I then put the bag on the counter and told the young lady to go ahead and put the red chili in the bag and I would just take both sides of chili. The young lady put her hand in my bag and grabbed the side of green and threw in the side of red. I told her that I would still like to have that side of green. She then tossed it in the trash and said to me that "I did not want the side of green and only the of red". I asked her if she was serious after seeing her take it out of my bag and throw it away. And she said "yes I'm serious ". All I said was "WOW". I then asked another lady what was that young ladies name. She said it was something like anna/aniceli. To me I think it was very unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and undermining. All the other workers were great. Why she acted in that sort of behavior towards me is beyond me. I am not racist with anyone. We are all equal here in this world. Respect and great service is all I ask for. I hate writing this review. But getting that kind of...
Read moreI'm giving this Lotaburger 5 stars. Why?
I live in Albuquerque, and have been commuting to hire and train employees. The franchise I work for is all about excellence in customer service, and going the extra mile. This Lotaburger truly impressed me.
I visited this location one night, while I was having a terrible time. I had locked my keys in my car, I was exhausted, stressed, I was unbelievably lost, I hadn't eaten the whole day, and I was only carrying 2 dollars in cash. I approached the counter and asked what I could buy with 2 dollars. After a while of looking at the menu, I ordered a corn dog. As I sat and waited, the young woman who helped me order came out and asked me what free burger I wanted, as someone behind the counter wanted to pay for one for me.
Mind you, I have been a vegetarian for a long time. I was so hungry, I went ahead and ate a corn dog, a free cheeseburger, and then another unbelievably sweet woman from behind the counter came up and gave me french fries with an amazing mint and chocolate dip. I was extremely tired with the work I put out everyday, and the food really gave me energy for the commute back home.
Mari, Gabriella, Jose, Anabel, Lizbeth, and Lizhamelia were all working. Thank you so much for helping a clueless Albuquerque girl while she was experiencing a really hard night. That is true customer service, and going the extra mile. I am a very busy person, but expect me to come in soon with some gifts. Keep...
