Dion's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Horrible customer experience! I ordered two pizzas and a salad thru a delivery app. The delivery person only gave me one of my pizzas and the salad. I showed him that we were missing a pizza so he went back to get it. While the driver went back to get the pizza, I attempted to call Dion's to verify if my pizza was there and to let them know that the driver is on his way back to get the pizza. I spoke to a worker named Daniel who didnt know anything about my order or the delivery app and wanted to pass the buck to the manager Tyler. Each time I would call I would wait on hold for Tyler, the manager, only to be hung up on three times. I finally spoke to the manager after being hung up on three times. He basically didnt care was non empathetic and was quite perturbed I was calling to begin with. Horrible training and horrible service! These guys are non-through, unorganized, and not properly trained. Expect something to go wrong if you order take...

Come on guys. As I kid, I used to bus tables, cook, etc. The dining room area was dirty, almost every table. Had to mention to the front counter to clean tables; and the work area was brimming with idle employees! THEN, when they come out to clean. NO HOT WATER/SANITIZING BUCKET! Even in the 80's or 90's without COVID we took sanitizing water to keep the cloth HOT! SORRY, fail by management and staff, plus the health department should be notified! How/when do/will this next generation of children get self motivated enough to think ahead and properly consider courtesy: it is something we all would like; especially on the road with all these new same/drivers and teens acting the same way! Lastly I'm still waiting on salads 15 minutes after the pizza is ready, and we just wanted the pizza to go....

The Pizza is hands down the worst pizza I have ever had, 1 star, and pricey too. Suffers just as bad as Domino's old cardboard crust issue they used to have. Not only is it cardboard, but also spotty with sogginess. The veggie pizza also needed lots of flavor, tasting super bland, and even the green Chile tasted like it needed garlic and salt as if not seasoned at all.

I'm not the type of person who returns food unless it is a health concern or the wrong item, but this was a close one. We ordered a salad, and that was as expected, 3 stars, which is always good with their Greek dressing. $40 later, and wasn't worth it.

Overall, 2 stars cause it could have been worse. Customer service was very nice, and they were able to do dine in (we couldn't at the other Dions location so had to drive...
