Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Little Ceasars pizza in general is good. The customer service at this location is terrible. Pulled up to the drive window about 8pm, no customers inside or in line. I asked for a 3 meat and the girl rolled her eyes and looked back to whoever was in the kitchen and asked how long it would take , they told her something I couldn't make out and then she looked at me and said it's going to be 20 mins. Bullcrap! I know for a fact it takes 7-9 mins to make it and up to 15 if their is other customers. (My kids love their pizza) So she looks at me annoyed and ask I want to wait or not, pretty rude about it. I told her "No way, I'll just use the app and pick up pizza from another location less than 10 mins away. I got a raw pizza in 8 minutes. When I called nasfer my pizza to be recorded. She told me give me 30 minutes and hung up on me when I ask for a refund because she was disrespectful. I am a chef. This is what I do for a living. I cook people food. I cook rich people food. Raw pizza dough can give you 7LA poisoning. It has eggs and flour that both hold salmonella.
