McDonald's — Restaurant in Santa Fe

I usually have a pleasant experience at this McDonalds, since it is close by I stop there about once a week for an iced tea. Today (1/16/15), on the other hand, was not so pleasant. I went through the drive thru to order 1 sausage biscuit and 1 sausage biscuit with no cheese, but apparently I was not clear enough, even though I repeated it twice because the employee taking orders cut me off when I saying my order and that is not what the screen said; so when I pulled up to the window to pick up my order I asked the employee if one of them was without cheese and he said no, so he then asked for a sausage biscuit without cheese, but I heard someone in the background say, why didn't she say that? I did, twice!! Instead of trying to shove people out the door, maybe training the employees to listen would lead to less mistakes and faster...

What do you want when you go to McDonald's? You want hot food and you want it fast. Well, at this McDonald's that's just what you get. Cold drinks that are meant to be cold and hot drinks that were meant to be hot and the food is the same way. You can't get it any better than this Mc Donald's.

How can they do it? They bare one of the busiest Micky D's I have seen so go a little further to get the best.

Order the the two sandwiches for one order and close that order out. Then use another offer to get you free drink with a purchase or it could be the opposite where you get the fries for free with a purchase that way you got a free sandwich and one other...

Very disappointed. They failed to meet customers expectations. I called a few times to place a big order for about 30 union workers and each time they failed to answer the phone. There aren't many if any places open at 3am in santa fe to get some food. Would appreciate it if they could answer the phone. So I go there to try to place the order and they didn't even try to assist me. Right away said no they can not make that many sandwiches and that I needed to call... I did call no answer twice! So, I asked if i could leave and call and place the order and she once again didn't care to help but simply said no that's too much food. Really?? When i worked for McDonald's soccer teams would come in and order 30 to 50 mcdoubles after a game and guess what we never once told them no that was too much food! Absolute...
