Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Unfortunately Star Bucks has recently re-calibrated their espresso machines, I assume using less coffee, but don't know. I have bought Americanos for years, then a few weeks ago I got one that lacked strength and favor, it was poor. I went to another Star Bucks, (thinking they made it wrong) and bought another Americano, only for it to taste flat and unexceptional.... So I asked the barista about the change in flavor, and he said Star Bucks had just re-calibrated their machines and it changed the taste, sorry... Almost every drink they make is based off the espresso machine, so now every drink is affected, and lower quality now then ever. Unfortunately Star Bucks has lower its quality and does not stand out as the premiere coffee house. Their coffee is now the same as any other coffee house out there, they have become mediocre in 2015. It may take years for this to catch up to them, but they have lost...

I used to work at Starbucks so when I asked for a Quintuple Expresso with ice and sweet vanilla cold cream I thought it would be easy to make. Each purchase of cold cream calls for 100ml of cream. I asked for 400ml, ice and five shots. The barista gave me too little cream and when I asked for more he told me he would have to charge me for a latte. He also diligently fed on his food with no gloves in the middle of all of this. I also asked for a second cup because I drive a bike and need my cup thicker so it doesn’t fold on itself. He told me no and gave me a very small cup. I don’t appreciate this customer service, how hard is it to smile make a drink...

Waste of money. I ordered a hot chocolate, it was cold out and I was chilled. The girl that waited on us spoke so fast I pictured rabbit gnawing on clovers, I could not understand a word she said. What I got was barely tepid. "Hot chocolate?" Nope, I could have just bought a cold milk chug cheaper. I ended up dumping it out in the parking lot.

That's when I saw the true horror of what was in the drink. At the bottom of the cup were thick black flakes, just like I see when I clean my coffee pot out at home with vinegar, the disgusting built up residue. Sanitary and clean machines? I don't...
