Very poor customer service at this location. I requested to use two coupons which the Subway employee said was okay and he made me two sandwiches. When he charged me, he then did a 180 and told me he can't accept the coupons anymore. They were not expired but he refused to take them. I took the high road and requested a receipt so I would contact Subway directly on this as the employee was not knowledgeable on how to handle this. On the website I could not find a way to contact about customer experience. I tried the phone number on the receipt and it was an automated machine that did not give me an option to speak to someone to leave information. Finally a few days later (less than a week) I went back to that same Subway location and spoke with the manager about the issue of the employee not accepting the coupons after they initially did. The manager called his boss and he told me according to the boss since the transaction happened over 24 hours ago there cannot be any compensation. I ordered a classic Italian BMT, he wrang me up for an Ultimate BMT because "theres no option for Italian BMT." I paid the more expensive price for the ultimate because I had to go to work and didnt have time for him to figure out how to work the register. If I had known he was going to work that slowly I would've just skipped this subway altogether because he made me almost late for work. There was a kid working the food line by himself; there didn’t seem to be much urgency on his part with the long line that formed. Customer service was lacking, no greeting or hello. Originally I had asked for a foot long tuna; they were out of tuna. I then asked for the chicken and bacon ranch, warmed up. The sandwich wasn’t even heated to a luke warm temperature. They had no tomatoes, no pickles, and were out of provolone cheese. There were countless other items they were either out of or were low on. Seems to be a poor run franchise location in my opinion.
