Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Santa Maria

Just ate there few minutes ago, I normally buy via drive-thru.... I bought 5 burgers to find it with family, paid cash with $100...huge mistake I guess... OMAR the manager was kinda RUDE, when he gave the change to the cashier, he said "Make sure not to accept $100 bills next time" (out loud) and my daughter already sitting at the table heard it....

First, being in a customer service industry even if it's a food industry you gotta be nice, I wasn't rude why be rude?

Sure you can go with "we're busy" well who's not?

You're a manager, be better, if you need something corrected tell it to them discretely.

As manager, you're setting an example, I remember when you first started there OMAR, you we're kinda nice... That's how long we've been going to that branch, when the Asian-pacific islander manager was managing it, the feeling of being welcomed.

OMAR, "the manager", you don't own the place, you're there to make sure it's properly managed and not run by jerks.

I would've given it a 1 star, but just because I like Carl's Jr, I gave it a 2. The other branch close to Toys R Us, I like their attitude, people ought to...

So I was there last night around 7 and that was probably the worst drive thru experience yet. I'm going to assume that the manager is the one with the black uniform because he was mostly the problem. For some reason,after I ordered he was outside, and he looked in my direction and told me to shut up. Like that was weird, what was weirder was each order that was being processed in the drive thru took 10 minutes each, no bull. So in general it was a 20 minutes for my wait. When i came up to the window the same person came up to the window, took my money, gave me change and just walked off, no receipt, no drink that I ordered, he just walked off laughing, while the other two workers were doing very little. As soon as I got my food, they still didn't give me my drink so I drove off with out cause in general I spent 30 minutes, and $12 for a cold burger, cold fries, and no drink. Not coming back...

After using the rest room I went to order. There is this old couple giving their order . The lady has no clue asking if fries comes with her order. After they finally finish, I was about going to get I my car and use the drive thru. Well the attendant just walked off. This was the only person thanking orders . He didn't say one word just left. I stood there for a couple minutes and decided to leave. You can ask the people working behind the counter. I will never go here again. I should add I work with two miles of here and have eaten here many times. I'm a service tech and eat fast food every day. This is one of the worst Carl's Jr restaurants with maybe the one in Lompoc giving them a run for their money competing...
