Bad customer service with the night manager Carlos . i was on drive thrue at about 11pm. he asked me if i wanted suace , i said yes, ranch and catchup, he grabs the bag acts like if hes putting sauce in my bag, as i was driving home miles away from jack in the box. I reach in to grab a ranch for my curly fry. And notice there was no type of sauce in the bag. I was pissed so i go back as for manager. So happens to be carlos the one that acted out to put sauce in my bag. ( you gotta win an oscar for that acting skill Carlos.) So i told him pissed off that why did he do that . that your taking itnas a joke. He replies" your complaining about sauce. I said yes.    Read moreI flew in from Florida, and was very excited to eat at Jack in the Box. Unfortunately this morning I am flying out of California. I was hoping to eat here one more time. This location was the 3rd place we stopped trying to get breakfast croissants. Upon arrival the crew was completely unresponsive. After driving up to the window the employee told us that they were completely closed and taking a lunch break. This is ridiculous behavior that is terribly bad for business. Especially when the business advertises being open 24 hours a day. This location really put a bad taste in my mouth when thinking about the Jack in the Box name and franchise, and I'm a life long customer.    Read moreMy husband ordered a salad, I ordered some tacos and a regular burger. We got to the window and were told there was no salad available, so my husband ordered a burger instead. The guy handed me my burger and tacos and I offered to park in front so I didnât hold up the line while they made the other burger. When we parked my husband let me know the tacos were not in the bag. The guy came out with the burger and we let him know of the missing items. He quickly went inside and brought back not just the two tacos I ordered, but he brought us four.
