Got a few drinks yesterday & the guy that made my sons drink made the wrong type of frap so we asked if it haf espresso & he said no it was caramel. I told the barista it was supposed to be an espresso with carmel on too.. He clearly got irritated and threw out the original frap blaming the girl at the register for what she rang up. Then sits a drink on the counter with a flat top no caramel and said here u go. I stopped him and said can you top this one with whipped cream and caramel like uou did the other one please?
