Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Santa Maria

Most mortifying experience of my life. I will NEVER go to this Jack in the Box again. I don't to think I can go to any Jack in the Box in the state of California again. DISGUSTED they would put their customers in such uncomfortable situations in their restrooms. They have the unisex bathrooms, and I'm a woman who was in the restroom with a pre teen aged boy, who was clearly mortified he had to use the restroom with me in there. When my husband went in, there were two young girls washing their hands who froze in fear and were scared to death by this grown man coming in to use the bathroom, where they could hear everything, and peep through the cracks if they wanted (or not wanted) to. Not opting to traumatize them, we left and went to a different restaurant, where traumatizing others (especially children!) was not an option. We felt terrible about this experience for the rest of the day, and couldn't help but worry about how those poor children must be feeling, or what others have suffered through. I'm disgusted by the twisted minds that came up with this horrible plan, and I hope they end up in jail (or mental institution at best) someday. Corporate or state it doesn't matter, these...

I generally like the food at Jack in the Box. But, rolling through there at 4:30am, and the sign says open 24 hours, I was disappointed. Maybe 80% of the time, they aren't open and have the driveway blocked with something, like garbage cans. More like 90%. Last week, same time, 4:30, I see 2 cars at the window, so I stop. I ordered a sausage sandwich, and the 2 cars are at the window still. I sat third back in line, for 15 full minutes, then the first car left. The second one sat there for 5 minutes more, now there was a carbehind me, and I couldn't leave. I was going to be late for work now. When I got to the window, my sandwich wasn't ready. I just drove through and left. The one other time I caught them open, I pulled up at the speaker, and nobody came on to take the order. Very poor service at the E. Main St....

Third time I've stopped by there around 2: 30 or 3 in the morning on my way to LA. All three times problems with the store electronics. They could only take cash. This time I ordered two chicken cheddar biscuits ate one kind of tasted funny or something. I wasn't hungry for the second one. It's the second one after I got to Los Angeles didn't notice anything at that time. Later on I got sick to my stomach but it already worked halfway through my system in the bathroom for over 30 minutes to get rid of everything. Always something with this place that's the last time for them. I'll take something from home or starve before I go back there again. I have no problem with Jack in the box Corporation I do like their food but that one it's all with the staff good luck...
