I placed an order 4/19, around 9pm because it was the only location taking online orders and the information said they close at 10 pm. I placed my order and was receiving updates about my order being made. When I arrived I got a notification that my order was ready. As I approached the door and tried opening it, it was locked. I could see there were still people working inside; they had bread on the counter and the door to the bread display was open.
No one ever came out, and after a few times of calling someone answered the phone to tell me they closed early that day. No sign on the door saying they would be closing earlier then usual. No apologies just, “my manger says you will get a refund tomorrow. You aren’t the only one this happened to.” I noticed others arriving for their orders too.
When I spoke to the manager a couple days later she said I had to come in for cash refund or they can remake my sandwiches. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to go out of my way to drive out there.
