I recently visited Carl’s Jr. and overall had a really positive experience. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly from the moment I walked in. You can tell they genuinely try to make customers feel welcome.
The only issue I ran into was that there were absolutely no napkins available anywhere, which was a little inconvenient. Even so, the employees did their best to help me out despite not having much they could do about the situation. Their effort and attitude definitely made a difference.
