Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Yuck I will not be going back to Carl’s Jr. I went here this morning and ordered biscuit and gravy with an extra sausage patty.

I dined in and they did not give me a fork to eat with, nor the large coffee I ordered, and also neglected to give me the sausage patty I ordered to eat with my biscuit and gravy.

After mentioning I didn’t receive the fork, the large coffee, and the sausage, they gave them to me, but this sausage patty is weird and is soaked in grease. Like absolutely wet with grease. The sausage patty did not have a similar texture or consistency of any other sausage patty I have had anywhere else. Very unappetizing. How many opportunities can a business mess up on one order.

After I finished my breakfast I wanted to order a large fountain drink to go. They proceeded to tell me the cost of a large fountain drink here is $4.74! $4.74 is a ridiculous amount to charge for a large soda. I chose not to purchase the soda as a result.

Left here feeling ripped off and like I should have spent my money at a different business other...

I was so upset when Carl's Jr took away there veggie burgers🍔 so I stopped eating there well the other day me and my wife said let's try Carl's Jr we were in the area and said okay I wanted the zucchini fries🍟 anyways so we went and the place was super clean and the manger took our order was very poliet happy man we love that when we walk into a place and everyone's snileing even the crew was happy now that kind of happy good vibe is good to have he asked to take my order next and I Said that i wasn't Hungary cause they didn't have what I wanted he said what do you want I said a veggie burger he told me what he had was better than that so I tried it and feel in love with it that I bought another...

Advertised as 24 hours. I work late so I go home a little later and assumed since they say "24hrs" that it was. After pulling up; all the lights were off except the front counter so I assumed it was drive through only. That's fine as I actually saw someone at the counter as I was coming up. When I got the speaker I waited for a minute before asking if anyone was there. I heard a little noise before I heard someone turn off the headset mic. For the next 5 minutes absolute silence.
