Food is OK. Would have given it 4 stars if it wasn't for the service. 3rd time here in 2 years and I will not be back. Every time it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get your beverage order and almost an hour for food. If management reads this, please have employees fill drink orders when they pay because clearly they have no clue what time management is or how to keep customers happy. They omitted my eldest sons meal (the server didn't hear him order?????) Then when everyone else's food arrived we questioned where his was. That's when we found out he didn't hear him. How do you not hear someone order who is speaking to you and looking at you. But wait! There's more! After asking the server to expedite my son's meal, as we already had our food, he goes to speak with the kitchen and returns to tell me that after 20 minutes waiting for drinks and almost an hour waiting for food that I would have to pay 50% for my sons missing meal. Its not about the money. Its...
Read moreWe were enthusiastic to try Crepevine, we both ordered the San Francisco with smoked salmon and got our daughter mac and cheesse. Tuesdays kids eat free, we didn't know that and were happy to find out, it was also happy hour so the wine was half off. The crepes were very good but the trouble with Crepevine is you have to order a whole meal which means choosing 2 of 3 sides, a salad, french fries or skillet potatoes. The salad looked like it had been made the day before or at least 12 hours prior to use coming in at 6pm for dinner. It just wasn't inviting. The dressing was fine but the lettuce was not worth the effort. The potatoes also looked liked they'd been cooked hours before and simply heated up in a skillet. It is very unfortunate that you cannot by a crepe by itself and have to fork over $14 for two sides not worth your time. If they offered the crepe for $8, I'd return for another, as it stands, I'll eat else where. Our potatoes and salad were left...
Read moreThe food here was delicious! My boyfriend and I shared a few dishes. We had the cinnamon raisin French toast, ham and cheese omelette with cheddar cheese (it came with their house potatoes and a choice of bread- we chose English muffin), and a Smores crepe. The French toast wasn't thick sliced, but the batter was yummy. The omelette was very good with plenty of ham and cheese in the middle. I was so impressed by the potatoes! They were so delicious and were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crunch. Lastly, although I'm not usually the biggest fan of Smores, the crepe was very good. It came with a smooth ice cream and I was shocked by how well I liked it. Real mini marshmallows and chunks of chocolate and Graham cracker were wrapped in a thin, crisp-edged crepe. Overall, we had a great trip and we...
