If you, like me, wake up and have an unfathomable hunger for a well-toasted bagel, a generous helping of delicate lox, and coated in creamy yet reasonably applied cream-cheese, look no further. This Deli may look unassuming at a glance, May be sparse in decoration, but you will have an amazing bagel and a fantastic meal. I cannot recommend this place enough. Truly, an incredible lox everything bagel experience.

Best discovery in a while. We have passed this place numerous times and finally went in to check it out. My wife loved her chicken salad sandwich and I enjoyed my coffee and pesto bagel. We also got an almond croissant, which was pretty good. There was plenty of room inside with table seating and a few tall chairs along the bar by the window. Plenty of easy parking too. We'll go back often.

Great bagels and amazing sandwiches. Very quick service too. Owners are super funny and sweet. One of our bagels was missing turkey and the owner noticed it before we touched it, he fixed it right away!

I went here for the first time this morning and I'm very disappointed. First of all I ordered a Sonoma Valley bagel with sausage for my daughter, when she opened it she realized they only put sausage on only half of the bagel, she said it tasted very plain, was not happy at all. I ordered a Sonoma Valley bagel with bacon, when I opened mine it had no bacon, AT ALL! I was so disappointed. On top of that they're so expensive, when the woman rang me up, the register said $21.41, (yes $21.41 for just 2 Bagels, outrageous huh?) so then I paid with my debit card. Well I always get a text message from my bank whenever I make a purchase anywhere, and my bank text me afterwards stating that they had actually charged me $24.41, they added $3 more without letting me know, very sneaky. I never authorized for them to charge me more, nor did they ever offer me my receipt. I usually go to the Sonoma Valley Bagel on Stony Point Rd. That place is excellent, I've never had any problems there, they make the Bagels exactly how you want it, they're delicious don't taste plain, the workers are friendly, and reasonable prices, I could get 2 Bagels there for about $12, so half the price of the other rip off on Hahman Road in Montgomery Village. I will never ever go to the Hahman Road one again. They're so dishonest, and I hate to be ripped off. I realize another person here left a similar review, and they were ripped off too, now I totally believe it, it happened to me too. Don't be the next victim, don't go to this place! Don't say you...

At one time I would come in here several times a week to get bagels. The food was fine. There was a woman working there, a manager, who was always extremely rude to her employees. At first I thought it was a cultural (asian) thing, as certain cultures can appear to be rude from an American perspective. But after coming here for a while I realized that it was in fact not a cultural thing. Her only mode of communication was yelling and scolding over the smallest issues. Instead of politely asking an employee to do something, she would yell at them to do it. She did this in front of customers. She completely terrorized her employees. I saw numerous new employees come and go. At one point I saw a girl on her first day on the verge of crying. I have no doubt many of their employees quit after their first shift. The main manager guy, who I saw less often, was much nicer. I haven't been here in a couple of years so maybe things...

Asked for light peanut butter on two bagels, was charged an additional $1.50 ×2 for peanut butter on each bagel..... the bagel was only $1.25...I was charged more for the teaspoon of peanut butter than I was for the bagel!!! And it was crapy skippy peanut butter! I hate nothing more than being taken advantage of, and the bagels aren't even very good. Needless to say, we won't be back. Not to mention the customer service is worse than their bagels! It's to bad, good bagel shops and good customer service are becoming nonexistent!! I'm not saying that we shouldn't be charged for peanut butter but $1.50 is pretty expensive when it's not even organic, she could of just charged us once for it since we were only asking for light peanut butter... I guess greed once is worth repeat customers for the future...
