Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

So this place is supposively open 24 hours a day which definitely wasn't my experience this morning. Although I understand 4:30 AM isn't a peak time....open 24 hours a day means it wouldn't be far fetched to go there at that time and expect them to be open. I showed up this morning and ironically here was a mini van parked in the entrance to the drive through. Needless to say I was pissed off due to the fact I wasted my time driving over there when I could've gone to another Jack in the Box and actually gotten food. Needless to say I had to settle with 7-11 donuts over thr breakfast I really wanted. When this place is open the service is garbage and the people who work there really struggle at getting orders right. On one occasion there was a young Mexican fellow who could barely speak or comprehend English at the window. I truely felt bad for him because I could tell he was trying his best but he looked overwhelmed by everything that was going on. Needless to say I won't be going back for an early breakfast anytime soon. Will definitely be cutting back my frequent visits as well seeing as they have taken some of my favorite items off...

Went through drive through during lunch yesterday and ordered the new tiny tacos. After I paid at the window I was told “she‘s gonna make them fresh for you, can you please pull to the front of the restaurant and we will bring them out to your car”. So I pull to the front and park, and wait, and wait, and wait...did I mention I was waiting...but they never came. I had to go inside and let them know I was still waiting, at which point they got my food in a bag with napkins. I asked for hot sauce they tossed some in and walked away before I could ask for anything else and never asking if there was anything...

i just live all jack in the boxes. but this one has a few bad apples working there. never. never in my life have i had an employee sit there and rope me in to an argument. over a lousy refill at that. i will never go back there to eat. i will drive across town to a different jack in the box. awahhhh.... never. then i tryed to call corp. on them. so i had wanted there names. she again started to go off in me in fru t if everyone. i put my hands up saying i can't believe the nerve. goo luck to you if you plan on visiting this one. i could not even pay for a refill on a hot...
