I've been to this taqueria a few times now and have not had a consistent experience in regards to the food. The first time I went it was not very memorable and hadn't been back for about a year until my wife said we should give 'em another try. The second time was actually a very good food experience. The tacos were excellent and the super burrito was absolutely huge and stuffed with really fresh ingredients. I usually substitute refried beans for whole pintos and they did so with no problem. The third time was about a month later and this visit was based upon my last experience. Well, this was the most disappointing of all visits. The tacos were very small compared to the other visits and compared to comparable taquerias as well, but the price was still as if they were much bigger. The super burrito was much smaller this time and was missing a substantial amount of Carne Asada. They were not accommodating of the bean substitution this time either. I had Carne Asada and Al Pastor tacos and they had great flavor, just small for the price. The service all three times was very good, we had to wait a few minutes for our food but that's not a problem when everything is prepared to order. There was a strange hand written sign taped to the menu board saying "Prices may vary". Not sure what that means. Can they charge what they want when they want?? If you need to adjust prices on a regular basis, do so but don't have fixed prices on a menu board then a taped hand written sign saying that I may be charged something different. It feels like if they are having a bad day in the till, they can charge me more to make up for it AND skimp on the product. We may try them again but with all the great taquerias in the immediate area, they have been downgraded. Based on my last experience, I'd give them one star but I gave three due to having a great experience and a fine experience as well. Go and make up your own mind. If you like my reviews, hit the "Thumbs Up"!! Wanna see more places that I go, things that I eat, and stuff that I do?? Then... Might be the yummiest carnitas torta I've ever had. Super soft bread, stacked with carnitas, tomato, avocado, a little lettuce, and Salvadoran pickled veggies (curtido), then smothered in chili relleno sauce. Soo good. Food coma lasted two hours afterward.

Living in California we have a lot of access to authentic Mexican food and honestly this is the worst we have ever had. We ordered "steak" tacos, Al pastor nachos, a super burrito Mendoza and horchata. Both of us didn't even want to finish our food. The meat was poor quality, burnt with lots of gristle. The "steak" on the tacos was definitely just fried ground beef full of grit, NOT steak, had barely any onion or cilantro on them, and just tasted like corn tortilla. The sauce on the everything tasted canned and not fresh. The super burrito was supposed to come with sour cream but it only had a small drizzle of cream on top. The horchata was chunky. I don't usually leave bad reviews but God damn the food...

Seriously I have no idea how this place is open for business! I walked in and looked at the preparation table and the food on the heating table had no lid , it was dirty and just looked un sensitize. Still didn't want to leave without give no the food a try and man did I regret that real fast!!! Meat is uncooked the salsa tasted like water and the onions with habanero had something slimy !!! I was disgusted to the point I took a bit of my taco and one of the torta I got my daughter and told them we had to go . Really I still. Ant get in my head how this place is even open !!!!!! Some ones needs to check...
