Honestly, that's exactly how it felt as we watched time slip by slower than an iceberg in open water.

I’ve been to a lot of shops like this, and the successful ones all have one thing in common: speed. Sadly, this visit moved at the pace of molasses in January. It took almost as long as grabbing a sundae at Ghirardelli Square — but without the Ghirardelli quality to soften the blow.

To keep it simple, I ordered plain vanilla... or at least, I thought I did. After a heroic 40+ minute wait, I was handed sweet cream instead. Close enough, I guess?

If you're planning to visit, here’s my tip: place your order, head to Chick-fil-A for a full meal, maybe do a little online shopping and then swing back. You might just catch your order as it’s coming off the line. The poor kids ahead of me had been waiting an hour and a half after being told it would only be 20 minutes — so bring snacks, patience, and don't forget your phones...their setup is cute if you're interested in taking selfies!

The ladies working behind the counter were absolute sweethearts — and absolutely stressed out so be nice to them, it's not their fault.

I truly wish them the best. But if I could offer the owners a little advice: maybe skip DoorDash for now and invest in a kiosk like The Habit Burger has. That way, the team can focus on what they’re clearly trying so hard to do — make some fun, Instagram-worthy ice cream. I totally get that new businesses need time to work out the kinks, but after seeing some of the older reviews, it might be time to make a few changes — like bringing in more weekend staff, or at least being honest with guests if the wait is going to be closer to 40+ minutes instead of 15 like we were told.

I'm giving four stars because, in the end, the quality wasn’t terrible — it just didn’t match the (very unexpected) wait time & price. We'll return in a few months—hopefully with a better...

I’ve been here 4x each time the wait is around 3-40 minutes which is kind of insane for ice cream. The last time they forgot my friends mini pancakes and everyone was done with their food she asked for it and they gave her the order but with wrong fruits. This time I came and ordered pancakes told them I would go outside as if was busy and hot and come back in 10 mins I do that and she apologized they forgot to put them to cook, then she comes out with them but looks like she doesn’t think they are cooked well enough another person stares at them and shakes them and I can see them debating on them until they decide to start over and I wait another 15 mins. Worries: staff turnover, possibly interfering with training, also multiple people who ordered Ice cream before me and they didn’t get their orders yet, doordash people sitting there waiting being told their orders aren’t in the system. It just has poor organization and customer service. The place is beautiful and the ice cream is good I hope they can take the feedback...

I love rolled ice cream and Im so happy to have a rolled ice cream place in Santa Rosa. I was very excited to try this place and it didn't dissapoint. Immediately, my first thing I noticed is that the store is SO cute. The artwork on the walls are all hand painted and the shade of pink used in the store is very pleasant to look at. Theres also a flower wall for picture taking opportunites!

The worker who helped us was friendly and knowlegable about the menu, offering us recommendations on what items are popular. So many of the items on the menu looked really good which made it hard to choose. We decided on the banana pudding rolled ice cream, which was delicious! The texture was really nice, and the ice cream was presented very cutely.
