If I could give Zero Stars I would. Horrible customer service from the consultant who was helping my mother. We were visiting from Seattle and we were hoping to have a great weekend and find my mother's dream wedding dress. I don't know if our party just looked poor? Or maybe not "quite right" for this boutique but we received horrible treatment, from not being seated right away, too not being offered anything to drink, while others arriving after us sipped champange to my mother (the bride) being left to try on dresses with her current left opened. The space we had not been cleaned up from the bridal party before us so there were dirty cups around. The party that came after us, were offered Champagne and we had to ask for water. My mother was just handed dress after dress after the consultant stood there telling her the prices of each gown. Instead of trying to find out what the bride was looking for or any information about her. She kept commenting on price and if my mother can't afford the dress. She even directed my mother to the "black friday racks". I was the one to finally help my mother out of her dress while the consultant stood there holding the curtain open while she got dressed. My mother felt so uncomfortable and unwanted that I ended the appoint early and left. I have worked in that industry and never in my life have I heard of a consultant treating a bride this way. We had money to spend that day but you can believe we will never spend a dime at this...
Read moreThe best bridal boutique ever. Being a curvy bride, I was very nervous about going to try on dresses to start with. Excited, but nervous. WCB was the first shop we went to - and I wish I didn't go anywhere else. I had the most incredible experience thanks to Elizabeth. She listened to what I was saying I wanted or didn't want, picked out dresses that I wouldn't have picked out myself... and LOVED them.
I went in wanting a "flowy" dress. Wasn't sure what style I wanted, but kept picking more traditional "plus size" styles. My 6th dress, she put me in a sheath style. Said to just try it, and see how it felt. I LOVED it - literally have never felt so beautiful. I tried on one more, and decided #6 was the one. Elizabeth suggested going and trying on more dresses elsewhere (since it was my first time trying them on). She wasn't just trying to make a sale, she was making sure I truly had the dress I wanted. Safe to say, I went elsewhere, and came right back to WCB to buy my dress.
Elizabeth made me feel beautiful, never once said anything about my size - just reminded me I was beautiful, and the dress didn't change that. She laughed with us, celebrated with us, and answered multiple questions non-wedding dress related. She was such a help, and such an amazing person to work with!

Read moreNow that I'm married, I would love to share my experience at WCB. I went into to try dresses on, and the women helping me pulled a few for me to try and let myself, family, and bridal party to pick a few dresses for me to try on. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They even helped me find my hair piece and let me try a few on. Since I was looking at the hair pieces on another day, they even pulled my dress for me so I could see them together! Highly recommend this place!!
I also should add that one of my girls couldn't make it to my appointment, so I messaged the staff at WCB and was able to change my appointment to a date that worked for everyone. I later found out that that staff member was messaging me from a hospital waiting room due to a family emergency. They definitely go above and beyond for the soon...
