I got hung up on twice by a worker. I asked her to hold for just a second because we were trying to figure out what size we wanted, she didnt say "can I put you on hold" or anything and just hung up. The second time I called I said I just got hung up and she said "can you hold" but was really rude about it in was talking to my husband and said what a rude * she heard me it wasn't meant to be said to her and said excuse me I was in the middle of saying "why did you hang up on me" and hung up on me again. I tried calling back and they didnt pick up, Idk if they had caller Id but the way she said can you hold.. was so rude I shouldn't have said the b word but it was so rude. I called the third time and asked to speak to a manager and she stated no manager was on site I told her I'd come in tomorrow because it was just not okay After placing our order she didn't ask If we wanted delivery or pick up..she didnt ask if we were going to pay with card or cash or anything i mentioned that and then she said I did ask you just couldnt hear me I had her on speaker and everyone in the room said they were out of line. She was just trying to get off the phone. Then she told us it was going to take up to 1 1/2 for delivery and my cousin said he'd just pick it up but she stated no because we were already charged. He said Idc if I'm charged I'd still like to pick it up. She hung up without saying anything else. They are so unprofessional

Read moreWe ordered pizza online not knowing they didn’t deliver to Sebastopol. The website someone how entered the wrong address. We called to report and the owner got on the phone because we asked for a refund. We spent $80. We do not make a lot of money and so now we do not get to eat dinner tonight. It was a special occasion to order. He told us that he ran out of the money he has set aside for refunds. Saying he’s a small business and that he can’t make money giving refunds. He lied saying he’d drive over to the wrong address and if the random people hadn’t eaten our food that he’d refund us. He refused to do this and give us photo evidence that he actually went there to check. He told us he couldn’t refund without checking first and it was because he lost all the profit from making the the food. We asked how getting the food back from whoever got it would save him any money since he can’t resell the food. He was telling us he’d resell food that had been sitting out or already entered an apartment. When we questioned him because this would be a health code violation he started getting angry saying he didn’t have to answer any of our questions. And said different restaurants have different policies on reselling food that has gone out. We were shocked and disgusted. Read moreI loved these guys right up until the time that they delivered the wrong pizza...twice. The first time I said nothing, the second time I did and they offered 30% off a future purchase and I accepted. Tonight I called in to use it and they claimed they knew nothing about it and told me that if it doesn't pop up then they can't honor it, regardless of the fact that I have ordered at least 30-40 pizzas in the last six months. As a widowed father of three young kids, they were often my saving grace. Not anymore. They were rude and acted as if I were trying to pull a fast one. That is not the way to handle a regular volume customer and it certainly isn't worth losing my future business over. I will now take my business elsewhere and as a third generation Santa Rosan I won't hesitate to tell everyone and anyone who asks to stay away from Pizza Guys and to take their business...
