I was very Surprised regarding the aftermath of the California Wildfires in this area, I had not seen the area since the reconstruction and restorations. Truthfully, Impressed. I never saw damages at Starbucks, and was relieved they were open.. The Baristas never seize to Amaze me. It is such a Warm feeling to have such Starbucks Personnel on board, when one of the Guests, Paying Customers come in for a cup of coffee, and a sprite, pastries or pack brunch, there are True efficient and Professional Baristas to meet your needs with a Smile and true human connection. Asked for a hot Carmel maceotto it she made me a ice drink so it was cold and not hot and I the other person showed up late and on top of everything else I ordered a tall latte w/extra shot and foam when I got on my car I went to shop my latte and it was sweet. I'm not a happy camper right now cause I'm a diabetic and have to have insulin because my sugar is is high enough I think this person needs to pay attention more on orders and not put any powder on unless asked to. Im sorry, but if you cant multi task when youre the only person working. You shouldnt be working here. I waited in line for 15 mins on a very slow day, one person in line in front of me and one person waiting for their drink. You should not be taking an order then taking a long time on the single person. Take the orders as youre waiting for food to heat up and such. Dont work at starbucks if you cant multi task.
