I went to the Choo-Choo’s food truck on Hwy 301 & Old Tampa Road in Palmetto. The bbq ribs are 10/10!! Do not waste your money on the well established BBQ restaurant down the road, this food truck blows them away!! The ribs are meaty, juicy and very tender!! FYI - They’re open Fri-Sat-Sun from 9am to sellout...

I smelled this guy from Cattleman and drove in circles following my nose untill I found him. Wow! The spare ribs were delicious without sauce (how it should be) and the beans and potato salad were good. The helping was HUGE for $12. I will...
