Beyond impressed with the coffee truck! While the street appeal leaves something to be desired, the tucked away little truck makes up for it 10x fold through the service and flavors. The kind young woman working on a quiet Sunday morning greeted me and my family with a smile and made us feel welcomed! While the drink menu is extensive, the only food that they have are specialty donuts, more on those shortly. The drink menu is well developed. Multiple dietary limitations are met and they seem well thought-out. We ordered one ice vanilla latte with oat milk, one hot caramel latte with oat milk, and a chocolate milk for the little one. The drinks came out fairly quickly and they were amazing! Perfect balance of milk, sweetness, and coffee. The chocolate milk was home made and was by far the best I have ever tasted! Reluctantly, we also got 3 glazed donuts, which we were informed were made in house. We were not expecting a lot from these donuts and we did not even know what we were in store for. From the first bite, we could tell the way that these donuts were elevated past a simple run of the mill donut. The layers in the pastry created a fluffy interior while the glaze brought a welcoming bite. The sweetness was not overbearing and it was perfectly balanced with our coffees. This singular donut has ruined any other donut shops for me! I am sad that I didn't take a picture of it, because it was a moment that needed to be savored! The Sun Soaked Coffee Company has just earned three new regulars and we all look forward to what they bring...

I lived in Sarasota for many years but just came across this spot. Not sure how new it is to the area but it is a smart move.

This place is convenient to pull in and out of and the girls working were very polite. I believe an another gentleman in the area, may have been the owner, was also very friendly as they greeted everyone with good morning. This is something you don't come across a lot of times anymore.

I ordered a cold brew with honey and milk, and it is absolutely delicious. They make their cold brew in house and the ratio of milk to honey to cold brew was perfect.

I will definitely be back in bring others along with me next time to try more drinks.

They have lots of options for any dietary restrictions, lots of flavors to choose from as well. They also have seasonal fun drinks that are creative and sounded like they tasted good as well. There are no steps. This is wheelchair accessible, and there are tables outside...

Sun Soaked Coffee really is a hidden gem- I hope sharing my love of them helps make them a little less hidden. The first time we went - we counted on the Waze ap- and we realized its so easy to find - after the first time- and its super easy to get in and out of the parking lot. So many drinks sound so yummy but I have to admit I have not made it past the Iced Churro Latte - Its so perfectly balanced and delicious! My husband has been hooked on the Fall Cold brew (See menu in pic). Everyone is very nice and everything is super clean. We have been frequent visitors since finding it as its much much closer than some of our other fav that are a bit of a trip. We are right over in Winward in LR so its just about a 10 min trip. If you have not tried them yet- def give it a try- they have so many things on the drink menu - literally something...
