From the moment I walked in, Chelsea made me feel comfortable and at ease. I came in with some ideas of what I thought I wanted, but I asked her to give me her recommendation in terms of facial rebalancing and optimization first. She took her time touching and looking at my face, and then talked me through her recommendations. She explained why she was recommending certain things, what kind of improvements I could realistically expect, and erred on the side of caution - letting me know that we should go slow, and we could always add more over time.

I was really pleasantly surprised that she didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need (even though I told her I was not working within a specific budget!) She even mentioned a few additional areas I could do, but said that in her opinion, it really wasn’t necessary at this point in time, and that if I eventually wanted to address them, we could.

Once we agreed on a path forward (which was totally different than what I originally thought I wanted, but what Chelsea recommended made more sense- she just has such a good eye for this, and takes the entire face into consideration as opposed to just focusing on problem areas), she took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and answered all of my questions with patience and knowledge. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave me confidence in her abilities.

During the actual treatment, Chelsea was extremely precise and a true perfectionist. She took her time with me, and continued to analyze my face, to make sure everything was turning out exactly the way we wanted it to. She gave me a mirror and showed me what it looked like and asked my opinion which I really appreciated. She also has an extremely gentle touch and steady hand which made the experience virtually painless. She does this thing where she taps a different part of your face while injecting to distract your brain from the anticipation of the needle or pain which I have never had anyone do before- I thought this was pretty cool. I am also typically someone who always bruises terribly (I take a lot of Ibprophen) but 4 days later I have absolutely no bruises- I was shocked! I mentioned this to chelsea during our visit and she applied some arnica gel to my face before I left.

The results of the treatments were beyond my expectations and enhanced my natural appearance in a very subtle way while fully addressing the problem areas I was hyper fixated on. Chelsea is truly an artist in the way she addresses her patients faces. You can also tell that she really loves what she does.

My first visit could not have been any better! Chelsea was super kind to me. First I received life-changing news moments before I got there , trying to be as calm as I can be and not look crazy falling apart my first visit did not work well , so I explained what had happened and I felt completely at home when she replied “this is a safe place”.
