The worst tech I have ever experienced. Took my deposit. Broke the first appt. Broke the 2nd appt and never informed me. Showed up 3 1/2 hrs late for the 3rd appt. Started work at 1:30 p.m. I went to bed at 2 a.m. and he was still working. He only was swapping the amplifier and speakers. Next morning I found the hood and trunk open. I started my car and drove to the store. The car ran rough and the engine surged. There was poor volume, no am radio and on blue tooth I could not hear the caller it was so soft. I called my mechanic for an appt and called Acidic. He showed up that day and stated he mis-connected the am radio. I also found Acidic had placed a bolt through the tweeter cover on the dashboard. Acidic stated that the volume for the amplifier could be altered through the app. He left. I then found two plastic covers for the seat rails sitting on the floor, uninstalled. There is no volume control on the app. I read the book and had to manually adjust the amp. It is better but not correct yet. I took the car to my mechanic. After searching the engine he found the following: the inlet hose to the turbo was off and a large cover for wiring in the fender was found sitting in the cowl of the car. Apparently when Acidic was running the new power line from the battery to the amp he tried to remove the intercooler to run the wire underneath it. My mechanic attached the hose and wiring cover. I have asked Acidic to reimburse me for the mechanics charge and the charge to replace the tweeter cover. I still have to take the car to a competent car stereo shop to properly adjust the unit. I will not be surprised when Acidic does not pay me the money. He is the worst excuse for an audio tech that I have ever had the mis-pleasure to deal with. It would be a God send to have him do what he is fit...

The worst service experience of my life!!!!!! My car stereo was cutting in and out. Pretty simple problem, or so I thought. I have now brought my car to his run down house not the store front he had posted in his add before he changed it last week. It appears he also eliminate dozens of critical comments about himself!!!...I live in North Bradenton so it was 1 1/2 hours round trip on most days..Once I even left it with him for the weekend. With each and every trip my car was returned to me in worse shape than it had been before. At one point he even installed my USB cable in a spot that I could reach!! V as he is called is a complete BS artist..He never once over these last six weeks kept his word on anything once!!!!! He has more excuses than John Belushi in Animal House!!! Last weekend was the last straw, my entire dashboard stopped working, speedometer etc..Than finally my car stalled on University Parkway at rush hour..I sat in horrific traffic for 3 hours waiting for a tow truck that cost me $175.00. In my opinion this guy should not be allowed to continue in his line of work. Next stop small claims court and a lawyer!!! I feel like such a fool for not going to a reputable place..Please read all of the one star reviews he has received if you need more convincing!!! I used these guys twice first time I used them I reached out to them about my sound system I was told by Best Buy that my sound system would need to be rewired he came to my location sees how I work in Sarasota checked over everything and informed me that my amp was no good he went above and beyond to go to his house and retrieved a amp for me and haven't had an issue since then the second time round I had a issue with my fog light with having a short in it once again reached out to these guys and he fixed it and haven't had a issue since then both times has been nothing but pleasant professionalism in future if I need any more work done would definitely use these guys again if anybody out there needs great work at fair prices I would highly recommend these guys completely mobile and will come to you guys if your...
