Yoder’s Pie Craft Coffee was such a pleasant surprise and honestly one of my favorite new spots in Sarasota. The moment I walked up to the trailer, the smell of fresh coffee and baked pies hit me in the best way. I ordered a coffee that was smooth, rich, and clearly made with care—definitely better than your typical grab-and-go cup. Then came the mini pies, which were the perfect size to enjoy without overdoing it. I tried the apple, coconut cream, and chocolate pecan, and each one was fresh, flavorful, and tasted homemade. The apple had the perfect spice, the coconut cream was light and sweet, and the chocolate pecan was rich but not too heavy. The staff was super friendly, and even though it’s just a trailer setup for now, they mentioned bigger plans for a full coffee shop and roaster space soon. I love how this spot blends Yoder’s classic pies with great coffee in such a simple, welcoming way. I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors and check out...

Yoder’s Pie Craft Coffee Co. is cozy, with a lovely seating area. It’s a truck converted into a café. They bake fresh mini personal pies — small enough to finish by yourself, but big enough to feel satisfied. The key lime is particularly good.

The drink assortment spans coffee, tea, and non-caffeine options. I tried their cold apple cider — I’ve never tasted a tastier apple cider.

The presentation is beautiful, especially if you’re looking for Insta-perfect pictures.

If you feel like you need something more in your tummy before grabbing a coffee, you can purchase tasty sandwiches next door and enjoy your drink & pie afterward.

There is literally nothing on their menu that is distasteful! The atmosphere is definitely more wholesome and “homey/comfort” but I love it! The staff are just like any other human some days are good some days are bad but always polite. If you’re looking for comfort food I’d go on Tuesday’s for their chicken pot pie!! Delicious STRONG coffee try their strawberry latte and if you want some takeaways to heat up later they have a great selection inside the market and they accept EBT....
