Hardee’s — Restaurant in Sartell

Our family absolutely loves Hardee's breakfast foods. I can't say I have tried much of their lunch / dinner menu; however, I can say every item I have tried from the breakfast menu has been phenomenal.

Beyond meat products are also used now for the people who do not consume meat products. Call for details.

Any time I'm feeling too lazy to make breakfast I drive 10 minutes to our local Hardee's, order my food, have a chat with the gal at the window while I am waiting and I'm on my merry way with hot and fantastic breakfast. The easiest way to make breakfast ever! 😅

The crew at this location is always very happy, helpful and understanding of changes I'd like to make to my requested menu items. When I request extra napkins, a paper plate, water cups with no ice or extra silverware, they're more than happy to oblige. Even when they are understaffed, the crew is pleasant & as quick as they can possibly be.

One time, most recently, I arrived about 10 minutes before breakfast was over and they were out of omelette mix for the omelette sandwich I wanted & the burritos 😩 Before I drove away, the gal taking my order offered to have the chef make up some fresh omelette mix! I was elated! Yes, I would wait a few more minutes for my fantastic Hardee's breakfast burritos!

It's just so much better when somebody else makes breakfast ♥️

Just made an app order and one item was biscuits and gravy. I just had this from this same location a week ago and it was great. Something was very wrong this time. The heart shaped biscuits were not baked all the way and the gravy was inedible. Not sure if the gravy changed or if someone just didn’t reconstitute it properly, but I had to throw it away. Kids and I had dumped the gravy on our hash browns too so couldn’t eat those either. Tried to call the location to let them know in case something was spoiled. Phone just continually hangs up or says line busy. Now I’m out money and have to go get something else for breakfast. I’ve eaten this item for 30 years and never had this happen. It seemed this location was turning around for the better, but not sure. With prices these days I cannot afford to throw away food or money.

got served poorly made food and seemed way too rushed like they just plopped it on the tray and called it good. the chicken patty does not look appetizing one bit and is very dry. ordered curly fries and the person changed the order and still didn’t get them. we had to wait an extra 5 minutes for our food because they were unprepared to do their job to the fullest. i know working fast food is not the best but people are consuming the food that you are making so do better. we came at 12:20 on 12/19/24 with only one other person ordering and maybe one or two cars in the drive thru so there is no reason for them to be rushed. if the food doesn’t look good or if it has been sitting there for a while, make it fresh!! especially if it’s slow. people would much rather wait for fresh food than horrible food that comes out in seconds. respectfully, we won’t be coming back but the remade chicken patty wasn’t bad so...
