Received a free smoothie code I applied code online. Purchase code made total $0 dollars. Check my banking account and saw I was charged called the store to stop transaction. I couldn't be done over the phone. Manager Jiten said I would have to come to the store. Drove to the store where I was then told transaction couldn't be stop. I then told the manager I didn't want the smoothie seeing i was only trying it because i had a code for a free one. He then said I would have to contact the company. Contact the company to be told the code wasn't used. Which I did. All this run around and back and forth for a refund which I didn't get. So being my 1st time it will be the last. I’ve been coming to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Saugus for a while now, and it’s consistently been a fantastic experience. The place is always super clean, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. They’re quick with orders, and they’re also great about customizing anything to your liking without any hassle.

So I found this place on accident. I was picking up a customers order for Uber Eats and I came across them. The inside decor is comfortable, inviting, and full of colors. The smoothies are AWESOME, & they are only $7 like HOW?! You get so much for $7, and it’s all fresh fruit (frozen but still great). I’m from Somerville and now I drive 30 mins just to get here.
