I’m out of town on vacation with a friend. This was a horrible experience. Came in and 2 employees were cursing and playing around in the dining area until I used the self order and my order went through. They ran to the back to get the order started. My name is called and when I go up there the next employee isn’t even friendly or says hello. Just hands me my food.l in a very dismissive way. All of that I could’ve put aside.
However, when I went to sit down I noticed the entire restaurant had food stuck all over the floor/tables and none of the trash cans had been emptied. They are overflowing. If the employees have time to joke around in the dining area, then they should at least be able to clean up the place. It was disgusting.
Then I went to get my drink and there was no ice in the machine. I went up to the counter and one of the employees saw me waiting there and completely ignored me. He used his headset to call another employee to assist me instead. The other employee came up to me with a large cup that had 1/4 of a measuring cup of ice which means… He already knew there was no ice in the machine and rather than them filling it up, he came and gave me a cup with minimal ice to not deal with it. I told him there was no ice and he brushed it off. They all went back to joking around in the back. The fact that I got a palmful of ice for a large drink seems super rude to me. I ended up throwing the drink away cause it was warm and the ice melted within minutes anyway. What a waste of money.
Clearly someone needs to come out here and check out this Taco Bell because they are not doing their jobs and are being extremely rude to customers as well. This is not my experience with this chain back home. I highly recommend finding another Taco Bell in the area than going...
Read moreMy mom and I came here after trying to put an order in at different locations through DoorDash and UberEats, but both were cancelled due to the stores closing. This one was still open so we made the drive. We sat in the drive through and got our drinks and then they told us to park out front. We did and we received food in maybe the next 10 minutes, but it was way more food than we ordered and obviously incorrect. We informed the staff member who gave us our order and she went back to exchange it for ours, which we received incomplete with one of our items swapped out for something completely different. We tried to get the correct item and eventually did after the staff member explained to us why we received the wrong item. We eventually got what we ordered and were told that our order was made and had been sitting inside for a while. It was brought out to us finally and everything was fine. I appreciate the staff members ability to stay calm during a stressful situation, but they did mention that they had been confused on a few of the prior orders. There seemed to be many complications throughout the entire process and I hope that this system is changed...
Read moreI went through the drive thru at 8:00pm. It was too slow. It was busy inside but only 4 cars in the drive thru. It took at least 15 minutes to get to the window and another 15 minutes to get cheese, chips, and a crunch wrap supreme. Were there not enough workers? The lady who took my order was very nice and apologized for the wait. I just don't understand because this Taco Bell used to have one of the best drive thrus. They used to be so fast. Unless all the workers making the food were new. No one was at the counter for ordering inside the place. If a customer came to the counter, then someone from the back would come but it took 2 minutes. The lady at the drive thru would go and then make sure someone came. I could see all this thru the drive thru window. After waiting so long last night, I will definitely have to find another Taco Bell. It was really expensive too. 9 dollars and change for 2 items and Taco Bell is usually cheaper than McDonald's and Burger King. Not anymore. Definitely will not return to...
