We went through the drive thru at approx. 8:30pm on a Thursday night. We were the only car in the drive thru. We ordered 2 sandwiches and a 4pc mozzarella sticks and a fry and 2 icees which the ordering board clearly stated were 16 oz for $1.00. Our order was over $25.00. When we got to the pay window the gentleman told us the drinks were actually $1.49 each, not $1.00. We paid for our food and went home to eat. Upon opening the bag we had an extra sandwich that we did not order but assume we paid for. Low and behold we were not given a receipt. I looked up their number and called them. They knew and remembered our order. They told me I could come back that night for a refund. So after eating I drove back to Burger King for my refund. Upon arrival I took a picture of their ordering board which clearly said 16oz frozen drinks $1.00. They asked if I could wait a minute, which I presumed was because staff was hanging outside the back door. I waited a few minutes and decided to just pull up to the window since I wasn't ordering. When a gentleman came to the window I told him I was there for my refund. He in turn got another guy to the window to give me the refund. After sitting waiting I brought to his attention that the order board had a price of $1.00 for the frozen drinks. He said it was programed in the till by corporate at $1.49 and there was nothing he could do about that. Then after waiting several more minutes for my refund he opened the window and told me that somehow our order was erased from the system. (Does that mean the credit card I used didn't get charged???) And therefore he could not give me a refund, but would give me a card for 2 free meals. Like after all this, I want to eat there again. No thanks. Worst experience ever at a fast food place. Read moreI visited this location on June 17th, 2025, around 8 PM, and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The girl working the drive-thru was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. After placing our food order, I added two shakes and two frozen drinks (Icees). When we got to the window and paid, we only received one shake. I kindly let her know one was missing, and she rolled her eyes at me. She insisted she only heard one and then made me pay again for her mistake—without so much as an apology.
When we asked to speak with a manager, someone named Malachi came to the window. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he took the employee’s side and responded with an attitude, saying, “That’s not how it works,” and questioned why we thought we’d get a shake for free. His tone was dismissive and unprofessional. We also repeatedly asked for a receipt and the names of the employees involved but were refused.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience at this location. On previous visits, I’ve noticed the restaurant is dirty, with employees handling food in unsanitary ways—like sliding buns across a filthy prep table with no barrier. Staff frequently look unkempt, and I’ve never seen anyone wear a hairnet. Hair flying around near food is just unacceptable.

Read more*2nd update as of 10/25, I was at the adjoining gas station getting gas and hear someone arguing so I turn around and it’s a female Burger King employee on her phone in uniform shouting profanities and pacing through the parking lot. This place should be shut down. The one off division is so much better. Oh, still never received that so called gift card corporate promised 🙄 *update as of 8/29. Corporate called me and offered me a gift card as compensation and sounded very understanding, however that was 2 months ago now and still have not received anything 🤷♀️
Food is what you’d expect from Burger King, when the order is right. I got 3 meals and they were all shoved into 1 bag and not offered a cup holder. The issue is the employees, rude all around from management down and inappropriate conversations between employees knowing it can be heard by customers. One employee even came out and pointed to my car in the drive thru because of how I was positioned while waiting (mind you the drive thru entrance is a joke when coming from the railroad side and it was backed up 3 cars already) and then continued to joke loudly about being “in the line right” before hawking a lougie.
