A great little shop in downtown Sault, Michigan. Originally opened in Gaylord, MI but opened a smaller store in The Soo for dedicated fans and chocolate lovers. I hear they have also opened a shop in Boyne City, MI. They offer an array of chocolates, truffles, chocolate covered items, and oddities including their famous chocolate covered potato chips, chocolate covered bugles & chocolate covered rice crispy treats. Their recent addition is the ghost pepper truffle! It lingers, that's all I'll say.
They have the biggest, yummiest chocolate caramel covered apples I've ever had plus they generally do them for all holidays and occasions! I received one for Mother's Day this year and it was divine.
On my recent visit to Sault Ste. Marie, I stopped in to get some gifts and sample some items. They had the prettiest box of chocolate covered strawberries I'd ever seen - and the strawberries were absolutely humongous! I opted not to purchase, but I would definitely indulge in the future!

Read moreHoly Moses!!! The ice cream is absolutely WOW! Got my second shake of the year today (with more to follow as my waistline allows lol) and just PERFECT! This shake is pretty close to heaven imo. You can tell this is real ice cream - not like the store stuff that is hardly considered dairy. This is the real deal.
The selection of goodies - very large assortment and I swear everything is delicious! I love the Everything popcorn and we had a bag of caramel chocolate covered popcorn a bit ago - that didn't stand a chance. It was gone fast! I'd recommend the chocolate dipped potato chips too. WOW!
Excellent employees too! Attentive, polite, friendly, just all around great! They always are smiling too which is a welcoming atmosphere to come into.
Don't forget to bring your doggo too! They have something just right for them and with outside seating you can relax with your best friend and enjoy a cone together!

Read moreI will no longer shop here. I love the idea of chocolate; No one is more of a chocoholic than I. Their selection is awesome. The problem is twice I'd had to return two products, both different, on two different occasions because of a strange, almost formaldehyde-esque taste and smell. Both times this insipid and strange chemical was so strong and prolific, it obviously wasn't fit for consumption. The third time, being urged by locals (who clearly must like the taste...Or they don't notice it, both are equally scary) I tried recently to buy a different product. A similar chemical taste was strongly present and I just threw it out.
For seriously health reasons and concerns, I would...
