The young man who owns it and works it was pleasant, respectful of my ignorance, and very supportive. I purchased a reconditioned laptop from him that financially worked for me. He also went out of his way to prepare my purchase with my transfer of info. Anything Technology really helped me out with my gaming laptop that was about ready to pop. After years of use it was full of dust and even the battery was screaming to let it out.
