The cake I ordered was delicious however, it took me almost two weeks to ever place the order. They told me they would call me back regarding the price of the cake and after two days I ended up calling them again and they did the same thing. By the third time I called, I was finally able to get a price and pay for my order. I have been in the process of putting in another order for a cake and I’m having the same issue. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t received a call. And it just so happens that I’ve tried to call ALL DAY and the phone has been off and the other phone has been busy up until 10 minutes before they close and it’s been ringing but no one will pick up. If they were to be more attentive and answer the phone my experience would be 5 stars because the cakes are good and reasonably priced. I understand that there may be alot of orders they are trying to work on, but this is ridiculous. My advice, if you need a cake and you are thinking of ordering from here call 2-3 weeks ahead of the event because they are not every reliable when it comes to answering the phone or returning calls or better yet walk in and...

I recently had a wedding cake done from here and it was the only thing out of my whole wedding that was so horrible, terrible that words can't describe. I would not recommend this place to a dog. If I could post the pictures of the wedding cake I certainly would because it was so bad that they put Styrofoam to make bridges and was so cheap to bother buying cake stairs for the satellite cake's. They actually embarrassed me and my husband at the reception with this tacky cake. I would not even give them a star to rate how badly this was. Further more the service there was ridiculous and unprofessional when the guy with dreds kept going outside in the back of the place leaving us in the front, customers walk in wait and wait and leave because he took to long. The cake for our engagement party was PERFECT. Absolutely gorgeous and absolutely delicious. I’m incredibly happy with the cake. Top tier was vanilla caramel, bottom was red velvet. The cake was moist and full of flavor.

My only criticism was that it was difficult to get in touch, I sent an email and Facebook message about a month before the party and received no response. I had to call the Pooler location in order to place my order because the phone at the Savannah location was busy every time I called. However it was the height of wedding season so I’m pretty sure they were just super busy and I don’t hold it against them! I still managed to place my order and my cake was ready on time and it was absolutely perfect.
