So today my phone blacked out and I was overwhelmed I came to boast and Tariq was so helpful I couldn’t get in my phone it wouldn’t turn on no nothing I need up having to buy a new phone .but he was able to help me get a new phone log in to everything and set my phone up and reset everything after over an 1 and 30 we finally got everything situated and I got in the phone and was able to pay him he is so helpful and patient with his customer I come in here all the time but this time was way different and I and very grateful for he kindness and help we need more people like this...

I took my phone in to have the screen replaced but I was told there was no replacement available for my phone. He then showed me another phone sitting on the counter. I was in need of a phone for work so I bought it. Later I found out they do make a replacement screen for my old phone and I ended up paying very high retail for the new phone. Plus the case he sold it doesn't work correctly as the touch sensor is on the back and no way to use it w/o cutting a hole in the case.
